Comfortable. Clean. Spacious. Easily identifiable at the airport. Our driver knew how to get around the city of Rome. He did not do much talking but he drove us past a beautiful fountain he thought we’d enjoy. It was convenient to have a private driver after traveling so far from the US.

Our driver, Ali (or Oli), was excellent!! He met us right where we were told to meet, took the bags to the vehicle, and got us to our hotel promptly. Even though there was traffic around the hotel, he knew the alternative routes to take! Outstanding service, very friendly and knowledgeable, and excellent suggestions were offered for our time in Roma.

If you fail to message or whatsapp the emergency contact number within 60 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no show.

The experience of customs was prolonged, and certainly not under my control. However, the transportation service left without making ultimate arrangements. I certainly don’t feel I should have to pay for a service I didn’t receive and then have to purchase a taxi ride.

yes he waited more than 2 hours ... we called you, messaged you , emailed you but you was unresponsive... after almost 3 hours after your arrival another driver called us and we sent the driver back!!!! at least an apology was deserved but instead we get a bad review!!!!

this review is pretty mean... you forget to say that your flight landed 1 hour before schedule and that did you wait 7 minutes for us... parking spot is the same for all the operators at the airport even the one that you have nominated... you also forget to say that the van for the 2 of you was a brand new mercedes van with leather seat, a/c, wifi and bottled water...
