Won’t regret!

Our tour with Elio was truly wonderful. He explained the history and culture of Siena in such an interesting and entertaining way that the two and a half hours flew by. We learned so much about the stories and historical meaning behind the places we visited, which gave us a much deeper appreciation of Siena. Hands down one of the highlights of our trip! My dad and I took a food tour in Siena with Jacopo, and he was incredible. Jacopo is amazingly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating local history and culinary stories alongside delicious tastings. Be prepared for a bit of a walk—which was a great way to explore the town and burn off some of the food! I can't recommend Jacopo and this tour highly enough

This was such a fun day trip through the Tuscan region, with wine tasting, a delicious lunch, and plenty of beautiful scenery along the way. The highlight for me was definitely spending the afternoon exploring Siena. A great way to experience the best of Tuscany in one day!

We had the most fun time...

We had the most fun time at this cooking class! The instructor Simona was incredible and very encouraging. You will make three different types of pasta, focussing on the dough since the filling and the sauces are made by the host/restaurant. Making the dough and layering the Tiramisu was very fun in a cute working space, you also receive a "chef hat" and apron which we loved. This activity is definitely not suitable for vegans since the pasta prepared will be fresh egg pasta and the fillings included cheese which could not be seperated out. However, they were very accomodating of my vegetarian diet and prepared a delicious rich vegetable ragu for me when the beef ragu was served for the other guests. The pasta and Tiramisu was delicious and definitely a highlight of the experience! Again the instructor and all the staff were wonderful and we can thoroughly recommend this experience.

Wonderful day in Montalcino

We had a wonderful time exploring 3 different vineyards in Montalcino, where we were warmly welcomed at each. Marco, our tour guide was knowledgeable and so much fun! By the end of the day I felt like he was our friend. We enjoyed a lovely lunch at the second vineyard, Cava D’Onice with the wine maker Simone in his home, made by his wife (The Big Boss as Simone calls her!) Marco took time to take us to an 11th century Abbey to explore, which was stunning! I highly recommend this tour, with any luck you’ll have Marco as your guide!

Outstanding Experience

This is a fabulous tour / Al a Carte experience. The tour of the vineyard gave a great insight into the history of the Chianti region and the importance of the grapes. The best was yet to come, they have an outstanding Chef who created a four course meal to accompany four of the wines produced there, the meal was incredible served on the terrace over looking the vines as the sun set. Highlight of our trip

One of the best highlights of our trip. Simone was welcoming and personable. His instructions were easy to follow and our final recipes were delicious. I would highly recommend this class to anyone traveling to Siena. Best ravioli with truffles and tirimisu. Can't wait to practice at home.

Tuscan Experience

We had a great time at this cooking experience. We were greeted by Alice who gave us an informative tour of the castle and the winery. She was so kind and interested in sharing as well as answering any of our questions. The cooking part of our day was great. Yummy wine and fun Italian music was the perfect start to our lesson with Cat. We worked together with another family to create two kinds of pasta as well as tiramisu. While making, rolling and cutting our pasta, we were treated to a beautiful view out of the windows. After we completed our pasta, we sat down together to a lovely lunch (feeling proud to have made it ourselves) with more delicious wine. It was a fantastic way to immerse ourselves in the Tuscan life! Thank you for a fun day for our group.

Amazing

This was a great experience. My second time on a hot air balloon and it was just as amazing as the first. What a unique and peaceful easy to experience the Tuscan countryside. This team was very experienced with excellent communication before the experience and during it as well, and very friendly staff. The breakfast picnic after landing was perfect.
