The chef was outstanding

The chef made sure that everybody had fun participating in the experience from kids that were less than ten years old to senior citizens. She was helpful, taught us Italian and made us laugh, all while teaching us a knowledgeable skill. Would definetly go back. We had tasty food. By the time that we were done, everything tasted great. This experience was one of the best in the city.

This is by far the best cooking class I’ve ever taken! The food was incredible, the class itself was so much fun. We had a family of 5 in the class and all of us had an amazing time. We want to come back and take the pizza making class! It’s a great value; 3 hours of fun with huge portions of pasta and all the wine you want plus they provide you with recipes and local recommendations after the class is over. The instructors were not only excellent chefs, but they were entertainers and made you feel so at home and involved in the process. This is a must do experience if you’re in Rome! 100/10!

We had an amazing time!! Gianluca was an amazing instructor who was great at teaching, kept the energy high and everyone laughing and having a great time. Fun Mosaic Workshop

Went with my partner to a mosaic workshop for a more unique and crafty experience on our trip to Rome and thought it was amazing! Our hosts were warm and welcoming, and showed their expertise as they walked through the Roman methods for making mosaics. They were also so helpful at guiding us when we were lost or unsure on how to make the design work. Really pleased with the outcome and highly recommend it as part of any trip to Rome.

A Fantastic Family Experience with Chef Anna!

We had an amazing time at the pizza and gelato making class with Chef Anna in Rome. From the moment we arrived, she made everyone feel welcome and created a fun, relaxed atmosphere. The pizza making was hands-on and easy to follow, with Anna sharing lots of helpful tips along the way. It was great to make our own authentic Italian pizzas from scratch, and they tasted incredible. The gelato making was just as enjoyable. Learning how traditional Italian gelato is made was fascinating, and of course, tasting the finished product was a real highlight! We did this experience with our children, and they absolutely loved getting involved. Anna was patient, engaging, and made sure everyone, regardless of age or ability, had a great time. If you’re looking for an authentic, interactive experience in Rome that’s suitable for families, couples, or anyone who loves Italian food, we would highly recommend this class. Learn to make the most delicious food! A small adventure to a hidden gem run by wonderful people.

This was a wonderful experience! Yes Viator has the incorrect point marked on the map. However the school tells you this in all its communication. You can take the metro to Laurentina, which is what we did. David was our driver and was there as expected and we had wonderful conversations on our way to and from the school. Now, onto the class! We can’t say enough about this fantastic experience!! We had Chef Michele and he was informative and entertaining. We learned about how to make pasta dough then we made two types of pasta: cavatelli and fettuccine. The pastas were made with a red sauce for the cavatelli and simple “alfredo” sauce for the fettuccine… no cream as we are used to in the USA. Both were amazing. Making of the pizza was another highlight and the favorite for my younger children. It was delicious! Easily the most delicious pizza we had during our tour of Italy. They provide wines, from a local winery, and plenty of cold water included with the class. You will not leave hungry or thirsty! Such an amazing experience with wonderful people who love what they do. We hope you are up for a bit of an adventure and visit this beautiful hidden gem.

Unforgettable dining experience.

This was an intimate experience with only 6 guests the night we went. The experience delivered on every expectation, and Lisa was a wonderful host. We were served four wine-paired courses of traditional Roman food, well prepared and nicely presented. The venue was in the excavated remains of a Roman bath underneath a local restaurant, and the space was charming. We had our adult children with us, but this would be an unforgettable date-night experience in Rome.
