Excellent family fun!!

Stephania gave us one of the highlights of our trip with her incredible Pizza and Gelato cooking class! From the moment we walked in, she made everyone feel welcome, comfortable, and excited to cook. The class was extremely hands-on, which made it so much more fun and memorable — we weren’t just watching, we were truly learning every step of the process. Stephania explained everything so well and shared so many great tips and techniques that we’ll actually use again at home. We learned how to make authentic pizza from scratch and delicious gelato, and everything we made tasted absolutely amazing. The ingredients were fresh, the food was outstanding, and the wine kept flowing the entire time, creating such a fun and relaxed atmosphere. What really made the experience special was Stephania herself — warm, funny, patient, and clearly passionate about what she does. She made the class feel like cooking with friends rather than a formal lesson. We laughed nonstop, ate incredibly well, drank great wine, and walked away with wonderful memories and new skills. Best Class Ever By Sunny!

Absolutely the MOST amazing class ever!! Sunny was hilarious, kept everyone engaged, and somehow got all the guys participating nonstop. I was laughing the entire time while still learning so much. The energy was incredible and you could tell Sunny genuinely cared about making it fun for everyone. Hands down one of the best experiences — I would recommend this class to absolutely everyone!

Worth the Travel

We had a wonderful experience at a pizza and pasta making class in Rome/Laurentina and highly recommend it. While it does take a bit of travel to get there, it’s absolutely worth it and shouldn’t discourage anyone from going. The total travel time including Metro from Rome Center (Spanish Steps) and van drive is approximately 50 mins. The class was excellent—well organized and fun—and the instructor was knowledgeable and engaging. The food we made was fresh and delicious, and the complimentary wine and water were a great touch. The night was ended with Tiramisu and lemoncello! Overall, a memorable and worthwhile experience.

Great Experience with Paris!

Paris was so patient and interactive with the kids in our group. There was about 12 of us making pizza and tiramisu. I think this is good for kids and families. My boys were 12 and 14 who both really enjoyed this! For tiramisu, the kids didn't use coffee and substituted with milk and chocolate instead! It was just as amazing! Thank you, Paris!!!

Fun, hands-on experience to pair with a visit to the Colosseum!

Our kids (ages 9,12) enjoyed battling other trainees and each other "to the death" in the arena after some time training with our informative instructor! This was a fun way for the kids to get their energy out and learn about gladiators before soaking in an afternoon at the Colosseum. I do think this experience is best suited for kids ages 12 and under although there were some parents participating with their kids! Everyone had fun!

Fun, creative, cool, learned a lot!

WOW. This was an amazing experience, especially for someone who was brand new to this craft but fascinated with all the mosaics and stones around the city! I cannot say enough good things about my session with Giulia and Uliana. They were wonderful teachers, and I learned so much—and even walked away with suggestions of where to see more mosaics around Rome. I think it's really neat how connected they are to restorations and history, too. Cannot recommend this enough.

Highly recommend for families

What a wonderful experience! First, the facility is gorgeous. Anna, our chef, was so warm and welcoming from the first moment so my kids (girls 9 and 11) really opened up with her. We had so much fun making pasta (three types of pasta and three types of sauce). The pesto fettuccine was my favorite!! Our family devoured the whole plate. Unlimited soda and wine (although we didn’t drink it) the whole class. It was a really nice break from being on our feet and our kids were so entertained by Anna. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful Experience at the Farm

It was our favorite day so far. Got out of the City to rural Zagarolla. Claudia and Angela were wonderful. Learned some secrets (at least to us) for making perfect pasta. The food was wonderful, the farm environment was beautiful and Claudia’s husband serenaded us. Would definitely recommend and we hope we can go back some day.

Loved this experience! Chef Francesco Was Amazing!

We had the most wonderful experience today at our cooking class! Chef Francesco was so impressive! He was genuinely so kind to our family and was so knowledgeable about the food we prepared. He broke everything down for us and encouraged us to try every part of the preparation! The kitchen was so nice and well organized! Plenty of space for our family of four! The food was so delicious and the variety was great. We cooked 3 different pastas and meat dish. We truly felt like this was the highlight of our trip to Rome! We all really enjoyed our time together! This is a must do experience and we are so happy we did it!! We totally recommend this experience to anyone!!

Fun and delicious cooking class in Rome!

Fun cooking class with an experienced teacher/chef. We made two kinds of pasta and tiramisu. Nice combination of hands on doing + cooking lesson by the teacher, followed by a lovely dinner. Sparkling wine to start and wine with dinner is included. David was an excellent and patient teacher with us and our table had a wonderful time chatting and getting to know each other (we were all Americans). Highly recommend! Our experience lasted from 5:30-8/8:30 ish.
