Easy to find meeting spot. Daisy, our guide, was fantastic making sure our small group introduced ourselves. Daisy also learned our preferences and ensured samples aligned - eg milk, dark, type of nuts, etc. In addition to educating us on what makes Swiss chocolate special, happy cows, she knew history/methods of each shop....by end we were in chocolate coma. 😉 Daisy also provided history of Zurich, key people, & landmarks and answered any other questions we had. Highly recommend the tour, especially if Daisy is your guide!

Awesome 3 in 1 tour of Zurich Switzerland

Our guide Michael was amazing, he was very knowledgeable of the city of Zurich being a resident there, providing us with the history of this incredible city. We started our day with a walking tour for approximately 2 hours covering many interesting areas where we took several types of public transportation to get to our different destinations. We then made our way to Lake Zurich where we boarded a public ferry and took a leisurely 1 hour cruise around the lake and rested our legs. From there we traveled by cable car to the top of the city where we were able to grab some lunch while enjoying the amazing views of Zurich. Highly recommend this 3 in 1 day trip

Nilsen guided us to amazing scenery in Switzerland!!!

This tour will take you to amazing places and you will be traveling around by bus half of the time. Totally worth it! Super amazing places!! The Train will cost the same and you’ll have to take transfers. We arrived the day before and were experiencing jet lag. I was able to get solid rest! Probably miss a connection if I took a train. The stops: amazing and you should definitely see them! I felt like we had a good amount of time at each stop. Our guide was amazing and other guides from the same company reached out to us and helped us on our journey! Solid communication from this team! You must do, if you’re physically able to, go to the “Grindelwald First” do the walk way, it’s amazing. It’s an additional cost but Best of Switzerland Tours” offer a little discount. Nilsen, our guide, was amazing and somehow was able remember all of us. (Stickers helped I’m sure). Solid person and guide!

Great tour - definitely do the boat ride!

I really enjoyed this tour and would happily recommend it. Our guide was fantastic - friendly, knowledgeable and informative, which made the whole experience even better. Rhine Falls was the highlight for me. I opted to do the optional boat ride and I’m so glad I did. It gets you right up close to the falls, where you can really appreciate the power and scale of the water. If you’re considering the boat ride, do it! It added so much to the experience and was definitely one of my favourite parts of the tour. Stein am Rhein was also lovely - such a picturesque little town with beautiful historic buildings and plenty of character. It was a nice contrast after the drama of the falls and a lovely place to wander around. The whole trip was well organised, relaxed and an easy way to see two beautiful places outside Zurich without having to worry about transport or planning!

4 countries in one day---of course

This is a buck list tour. The stops at the Rhine Falls, Lindau Germany, Austria and Vaduz Lichtenstein were once in a lifetime all in 1 day. John was our tour guide and great. He was so accomodating and answered every question clearly. I gave the tour a very good--HOWEVER be aware we were crammed into a tiny van. The front middle seat is not designed for a normal size adult. It is unsuitable for a 12 hour tour. That was my only complaint.

A great day and plenty of things to see

I was a little hesitant for this tour because of the 10 hour time frame but it turned out perfect. The meeting area is very close to the train station but keep in mind, you can't bring coffee on the bus. (Learned this the hard way...) Alexander our guide was great at describing things along the way to our first stop and the view is incredible. We arrived in Lucerne and were given about 2 hours to walk around which was plenty of time. After that we headed to Mt Titlis and had about 3 hours to see everything. You take a series of cable cars up to the top and have a few things to do and see while up there. If you are there during the summer, you will still probably see snow but you won't need winter clothes. Give yourself extra time to do the zipline and/or rowing in the small lake. You then finish up the day with a nice ride back to the bus station. They do pretty well on time getting you back at 7pm but the traffic might slow you down a little bit. Such a great tour and definitely worth the money! (The worst part of it is just a little bit of a tight fit on the bus, especially if you are tall or big).

Exactly as described but...

Exactly as described but could have added the number of steps involved. Didn't mind them, I can do that many, but we had like 20,000 steps when we thought there wouldn't be much at all with mostly train riding/viewing. I wouldn't change it, loved it, just saying probably should let people know so they for sure wear the correct shoes. We also decided to stay up in Interlaken after the tour left and they guide helped us out with detailed information on how to get back on our own. This was wonderful! We used the time to take the funicular up to the top in Interlaken - well worth the add!
