This tour was amazing!!! I had Michael as my tour guide and he did such a good job! Not only did I learn about the history and importance of chocolate in Zurich and Switzerland as a whole he also gave a lot of history about the city and many of its landmarks. Super friendly and I cannot recommend it enough to anyone looking to learn about chocolate and Zurich! So Amazing!!!

Vanessa our tour guide was delightful. A fun way to get a bit of history, see the city and try a mix of outstanding chocolates. A very enjoyable way to spend 2 hours.

We were planning to visit Lindt Chocolate Museum; however, we found out that the tickets were sold out. We had a day to kill in Zurich before we go to our next destination. I made a reservation with Viator Chocolate testing in Zurich! Oh my God our experience was not disappoint. Instead of going and testing one Chocolate place, we did test more than we can imagine:) We had a great time with our tour guide Vasili. Vasili has not only knowledgeable with Swiss chocolate, he also very knowledgeable about Switzerland history. He is very funny, and friendly & made the tour very entertaining. We walked around 2 hours & visited maybe more than 10 chocolate shops and learn so much about Swiss chocolate, chocolate making and the history of Switzerland. very nice tour and highly recommend!

We give Vanessa, our tour guide, 10 stars! She was a delight. She talked about chocolate, history, everyday life in Zurich, and more. She was so engaging! The chocolate stops were delicious, and well organized. We had variety of chocolate and treats. Highly recommend! Mostly flat but small hills and stairs in old town.

Incredible! Vasi has a wealth of information and is eager to share it. We learned about not only chocolate and its importance in Swiss life, but also Swiss culture and Swiss history more generally. 11/10 would recommend.

This was a splendid walking tour. Vasi, our guide, led us through a stroll of old-town Zürich. We heard about Swiss history, Zürich history, and plenty about chocolate. Along the way, Vasi stopped by multiple shops, providing some details about the companies and specialities, and providing a signature tasting from each shop. It was a delightful way to spend a few hours after lunch! Great tour from a great guide!

The chocolate tour was amazing! Lots of different samples with story anecdotes in history of each chocolate maker, reasonable walking between each place as well as sightseeing along the way. Guide was knowledgeable, friendly and great with children! Highly recommend

I could not have been happier with my tour. Vanessa was so friendly and fun. She gave lots of info about Zurich and it’s history in an easily digestible way. She included anecdotes that she knew I’d be interested in based on our conversations. The chocolates were AMAZING. Perfect tour!

Vasi was an incredible guide! His deep knowledge of Zurich and its chocolate scene made the tour both fascinating and fun. I loved learning the history behind Zurich and Swiss chocolate while visiting so many delicious shops. With so many amazing samples, it's impossible to pick a favorite!

If you have a love for chocolate then this is the perfect tour for you with a bonus of Zurich/Switzerland history. My fiancé likes chocolate, yet loves history more and this was the perfect mix of both worlds. The world of chocolate at its finest level from the individual tastings to meeting the actual chocolatiers and their passion for the Swiss delicacy. Our guide Vanessa had a sweet spark to her smile along with a very detailed appreciation of Zurich history. We should have taken more pics, yet we were immerse in to what she was sharing the time just flew by. Would absolutely recommend her for your chocolate experience in Switzerland.

Vasi made our tour mostly about chocolate and a little bit about the history and culture of Switzerland. We were able to learn a lot about swiss traditions and the chocolate was delicious. He came very prepared as we booked our tour for a Sunday and many stores were not open. Vasi was knowledgeable, funny, kind, and made the tour a true experience. We got the lay of the city, a little history, and a lot of chocolate. Highly recommend if you are in Zurich and want a light hearted yet informative tour.

We really enjoyed our chocolate tasting tour with Vassi. He is very funny and informative. He gave us a lot history about Zürich, Switzerland and chocolates as we walked around. He pointed out historic places of Zurich and had interesting stories about each place. Although a lot of the chocolate stores were closed because it was a Sunday, Vassi came prepared with tastings from the various places. We would highly recommend this tour, especially with Vassi.

We had a fantastic time on the chocolate tour of Zurich. Vasi was a friendly and incredibly knowledgeable guide who clearly knows the city inside and out. Learning about a piece of Zurich’s history through Switzerland’s connection to chocolate was both interesting and refreshingly unique.
We loved being able to taste a wide variety of chocolates along the way while exploring charming shops and beautiful areas of the Old Town. The tour struck a great balance between history, culture, and indulgence.
Overall, this was a wonderful way to spend a few hours in Zurich. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, informative, and delicious experience.

Basically was a fantastic guide. This walking tour gave us the opportunity to sample 6 or 7 different chocolatiers while learning more about the history of Switzerland. Very fun and very interesting.

A great way to see a bit of Zurich while enjoying a cultural treasure. My children (ages 8 and 13) enjoyed the pace, chocolates and information about Zurich while Mom & Dad enjoyed a cultural experience with a humorous guide and unique insights about Switzerland. Our guide- Vasi- was fantastic! We had four kids 9-16 and they all loved the balance of treats, walking, and sight seeing. This was a perfect way to see Zurich. One note, I wish we could try the chocolate before going into the store so I knew where to buy what instead of guessing.

Great tour combining the history of Zurich and its chocolate. Our guide, Vasi was engaging and highly knowledgeable. This tour was so much more than just tasting delicious chocolates from local chocolatiers, definitely a highlight of our stay in Zurich.

Very informative with generous tastings. I didn’t realize how much history we would learn and sites we would be seeing along with the tastings when I signed up for this. It was a nice tour of Old Town with lots of delectable chocolates!

I really struggled with picking a tour in Zurich, but I’m so happy I went with this one. It blew me away! Vanessa, our wonderful guide, made the experience unforgettable from start to finish.
We tasted an incredible variety of chocolates—so many delicious samples that I’m pretty sure I gained a few pounds (totally worth it!). I even walked away with a brand-new favorite chocolate brand.
What I loved most was the perfect combination of exploring Zurich’s beautiful streets while learning its fascinating history, all paired with visits to some of the city’s best chocolate spots. Vanessa brought the stories to life and made the whole tour feel fun, engaging, and absolutely delicious.
