What are people saying about Verona

Very good tour!
The guided walk was a very interesting and inspiring. The guide was very knowledgeable and made sure everyone was able to hear and experience. He offered insight on good restaurants and activities/sightseeing to do. After this tour we decided to extend our stay in Verona for a few days!

Super trip!
Well organised trip to Garda, visiting 2 areas. Lazise and Simione. Really enjoyed both areas, but particularly enjoyed the speedboat trip across the Lake. We had 2 very knowledgeable guides, Romina and Anna. Both friendly and informative. A special shout out to Anna, who took her free time from work to shadow Romina during our trip. She has all the special ingredients to make a super guide. We also had a super friendly group of people on our tour, which helps! Thank you!

100% just do it
Aurora was a fantastic host for this experience. It is super hot in Verona today, 35c and humid but she kept us informed, engaged, in the shade (mostly) and fed and watered at some of the best local food and beverage locations in the city. I type this from the bar at the top of the funicular leading to Castel s. Pietro. Thank you Aurora!

Great if you don’t want the stress of driving
Overall, this is a fantastic way to experience the Dolomites if you don’t want the stress of driving the mountain roads yourself. You cover an incredible amount in one day, and the scenery is absolutely breathtaking.
A few things to bear in mind:
* Instead of the stop at Ortisei, I think it would have been better to stop at Sassolungo/Sella Pass instead, as the views there are even more spectacular.
* A short comfort/toilet stop somewhere during the long drive would have been appreciated.
* Be aware that there isn’t really a proper breakfast stop. It’s an early start, so I’d recommend bringing your own breakfast or snacks. We did, and the apple strudel and coffee stop wasn’t quite enough for breakfast.
* Lunch options were fairly limited. If I were to do this trip again, I’d bring a picnic and enjoy it at Passo Pordoi, as it’s such a beautiful spot.
* I would also have liked more time at Passo Pordoi, which was the highlight of the trip. Around two hours, including finding lunch, felt a little too rushed for the best stop of the day.
A couple of things to note:
* We were picked up from Sirmione at 6:25 am and didn’t get our first proper view of the Dolomites until around 11:30 am, so it is a very long day with a lot of driving.
* That said, if you’re nervous about driving in the mountains or simply want an easy, hassle-free way to see the Dolomites, this tour is a great option.
Finally, a big thank you to our driver, who did an amazing job navigating the mountain roads safely and smoothly throughout the day.

Excellent tour of old Verona
Guide was truly an expert. Hit all the major points at a reasonable pace. The arena is a bit of a disappointment as it’s set up for a concert/opera. You lose all of the ancient feel from the inside. My opinion is that Juliet’s home is unnecessary and could easily have been avoided.

Fantastic tour of Arena di Verona.
Frank was a fantastic tour guide! He had such enthusiasm and he engaged with members of the group directly multiple times. Frank shared the history of the arena and had a small folder of pictures that helped in telling the stories. We thoroughly enjoyed it!!

Verona, an underrated destination that is definately worth a visit!
Elettra was very friendly and knowlegable. She accommodated our requests and made good recommendations. Great guide and wonderful experience of an underrated tourist destination. Beautiful city with charming streets, many historical buildings and sites. Definately worth a visit.

Great wine tasting experience!
Our group of 6 thoroughly enjoyed the chauffeured drive by Lorenzo and his informative commentary, and we loved the visit to La Dama and Francini family-operated vineyards. The visit to the cellars of both vineyards were picturesque, while the wine tastings were fabulous. An excellent tour that we would highly recommend.

Fabulous well organised Venice day trip from Limone
Efficient and on time pick up from said location in Limone with a friendly well organised escort .
Three hour coach ride but stopped twice en route for comfort break.
Advised that 10 euro pp was required for entry into Venice now on a Fri, sat or Sunday we paid on coach en route to Venice . It was
So well organised that when we arrived Venice mainland the boat transfer was waiting to take us straight across to Venice . On arrival in Venice the tax was paid on our behalf and sorted by the tour escort so no hassle at all .
The hour walking tour we were given headphones and radios and really informative shown the main sites before then having a couple of hours free time to return to areas already pointed out on the tour ourselves .
The Advice given by the guide was informative advising cheaper places to eat etc and if you needed the toilet to pay 1.5 euro to use toilets in Venice but all really useful to know .
Guide also arranged the gondola for 90 euros on the coach in advance and although you have to share it cheaper this way and organised and booked so he just showed us the gondola station to be at at a certain time and when we arrived the queue was so long but having had him book it we went straight to the front and got on . He admitted you may be able to do it locally slightly cheaper but tbh it was so well organised it went like clockwork and then he gave us the return meeting point back by the hotel near the boat station amazing !
Boat on time straight back across water to coach and then once again a comfort stop en route back to Limone .
Yes it’s a long day but tbh it was wonderful and so well organised , safe driver and there was only 21 people in the group but a 53 seater coach provided so lots of room to spread out which made it more comfortable as well . Claude I think was the driver and the guide I think was called Romeu ?? But fabulous ! Well done we went on 24/4/26 and Venice was scorching hot that made it !

Perfect experience!
This was a wonderful semi-private tour with only four people total. Sara was a wonderful guide who shared a lot of knowledge. The two wineries were small family operated and it felt like visiting someone’s home. This tour offers an easy way to experience the region and the wines without having to arrange all of the details yourself. Highest recommendation - do this tour!
