Chiki is the BEST

Chiki was our tour guide, and when I say he went ABOVE AND BEYOND, I mean it! 🥹❤️ He carried our bags, went all the way back to the car to retrieve my friend’s makeup bag, and helped us capture the most AMAZING photos and videos at the Monkey Forest. The pictures were FYE! 🔥📸 But what really touched my heart was the special birthday surprise he arranged for me at the restaurant. I literally cried! 🥹🎂❤️ He made my birthday feel so special and memorable. Afterward, we went to the market, and he patiently waited for us without making us feel rushed. Chiki’s kindness, patience, thoughtfulness, and pride in sharing Balinese culture made this experience unforgettable. I am beyond grateful for him and the memories he helped us create. We had a wonderful time on this tour. After enjoying Padawa Beach, we did a quick stop at nearby Panatai Tanah Barak. The nominal extra charge was well worth it. Uluwatu Temple had great views. The day needed with an excellent seafood meal on the beach with live music.

We arrived in Bali yesterday (9/24/2026) and found this experience on Viator around midnight. Honestly, I was sure they were going to cancel our booking since it was so late and we had requested an 8:00 AM pickup. But our driver, Santika, called at 6:40 AM to confirm everything and pulled up right on time at 7:45 AM. From the moment we met him, he was amazing! I told him everything we wanted to do and see along the way from Nusa Dua to Ubud, and he made it happen. He was extremely friendly, attentive, accommodating, and patient throughout the entire day. He gave great suggestions, made sure we were comfortable, and never made us feel rushed. What could have been a stressful last-minute booking turned into one of the highlights of our trip. The best experience!!

This was the best experience for the best valuable. Somewhat customizable. My tour guide ensured I got to see everything I wanted and even offered to stop for local food for lunch. I was a solo traveler and it was extremely safe. The best value out of all the tours I considered and I could not have imagined a better experience. I spent some money out of pocket, however, it was all for extras I chose to purchase. Everything else was covered. Highly recommend, this is a must while you’re in Bali😍😍

Our guide Adi was really nice and accommodating. I needed slippers for the waterfall and he kindly stopped by a place where I can get one. The half-day tour is a really good experience to get to main spots of Ubud without dragging it too long. He also shared great imformation about the places we went.

A couple of things to know

Cappuccino, our driver, was great! He was a great communicator and driver. He was not in control of the negatives- namely, the road conditions! There were a few ‘included’ items that were not included. We didn’t have lunch. They didn’t buy our return boat tickets. And, I think it’s important for future clients to know, that 6:30 am is the time it starts if you’re coming from Sanur. If you’re on Nusa Penida already, you’ll be picked up at 10:00 am. I was not aware of that. Also, our driver could not take us to the harbor because there were five of us with all of our luggage. So, that was another additional expense. But, it was a good day and Cappucino was a great driver. 👍

Awesome Tour!

Had an awesome all inclusive day tour lead by our guide Gus Kumara! We not only visited the spots listed on the itinerary but Gus also took us to a coffee plantation where we learned about cacao and coffee beans and their processes. They also provided many different complimentary coffees to try which we did! The day was great and perfect combination of fun and historical context behind the temples and rice fields. The included lunch was very tasty and I also zip lined through the Tegalalang rice fields!

Excellent Experience

this was the first time traveling to Bali, we were initially worried about what to see and how this would be communicated to our driver. We needn't have worried, our driver Diana was brilliant, from the start he had everything planned, we went to see temples, then coffee plantations, we stopped for an included lunch, then he took us to see a waterfall, which was lovely. all the time Diana gave us a running commentary on the local culture and points of interest, and when we got to places he used our camera to take stunning photos and video, far better then we could have done ourselves, in-fact he made the experience far more than we could have imagined.
