We had a wonderful day out to Ubud with Putu as our guide and driver. In 8 hours, we visited a Luwak coffee plantation, the Monkey Forest Temple, and finally lunch at Tegallalang.
Because of the heavy afternoon tropical downpour, TIS Cafe was full and had a long waiting queue. Putu quickly found us a great warung facing the rice terraces and joined us for lunch. It had both jaw-dropping views and great food, and we learned much about him and Balinese life in our lunchtime conversation.
Kudos to Putu for a highly memorable day out to these Ubud highlights. We have great respect and appreciation for the way he drove us safely in the chaotic and busy roads of Bali. As a guide he was knowledgeable and kindly helped take numerous group photos for us. He even gave us a Polaroid photo souvenir from his personal camera to remember the day.
Putu also accommodated an impromptu request for some shopping in the Tegallalang area. We highly recommended him as your guide and driver for a great day out. Terima kasih Putu!

Our itinerary included visiting Pura Lempuyang and Tirta Gangga. We had heard that taking photos at the Pura Lempuyang would take several hours, so we booked a car pickup at 5 AM.
Our driver, Putu, picked us up at the hotel right on time.
Thanks to him, our itinerary went smoothly, and we were able to check into our Ubud hotel by 3 PM.
Putu was the best driver. I highly recommend booking his car in Bali.

Our driver was wonderful! He drove us around and gave us history of their religion and showed us the sights we wanted to see. He was prompt for pick up at cruise port and at each location he dropped us off . He was friendly and drove amazing through the crazy traffic! We saw and did a lot in 8 hours!

The drive to sites is long, but the driver spoke good English and was very polite.

This private car trip was awesome. The driver and guide was very friendly, flexible, spoke English very well, and knew a lot about the locations we visited. To avoid the crowds, we started at 6am, and my driver was there right at that early time. I can highly recommend this, especially if you don’t have much time, are not confident enough to venture out with a rented scooter, or don’t like to be on trips with a preset schedule.

Would recommend booking the private tour. Our tour guide Ketut took us to all the places we wanted to go and got us there within our time frame. Traffic is crazy in Bali so would recommend someone else navigating the roads for you.

It was an amazing for us as we had places already picked out to visit, and Putu, our driver, made easy work of getting us to where we wanted to go. He explained the sites to us, got tickets and drove skillfully through the crazy Bali traffic. He spoke good English and was there to take pictures if needed. We appreciated that he took us where we wanted to go, and didn’t try to talk us into sponsored activities (which some tours do) like Batik weaving, coffee making, or restaurants. It was the perfect
day with the perfect driver.

Debobo was just brilliant. We wanted to hire a driver for the day to have the flexibility to choose where we went and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We hired a driver to transport us from Ubud to Nusa Dua for the 2nd half of our visit to Bali - with a couple of stops along the way. We loaded all of our luggage in the car. Our driver Ketut was terrific. He watched the bags in the car as we shopped for a couple of hours in central Ubud. When we were done we communicated with him via WhatsApp and he met us at a prearranged spot. Then he drove us to the reptile park where the kids had the most fabulous time and learned so much from the guide (included in the price of admission). Then we headed down to Nusa Dua. Fantastically convenient to have a driver for the day, made great use of our time driving from Ubud to Nusa Dua. Ketut was a great communicator annd a gracious host annd everything went smoothly. Do not hesitate to hire him. Thank you Ketut!!!

Given the value, traffic and time restraints of a port day here it's the only way to see so much in so little time. Not only do YOU choose where and what to do but you get to see the real Indonesia and get to know at least one Indonesian, your driver. Compared to any ship shore excursion it's a no brainer.
