A perfect evening on the water! Huge thanks to Saul for being such a fantastic guide. He created a very relaxed, welcoming atmosphere from the moment we boarded and shared some fascinating stories about the area. His expertise made us feel completely safe and well-taken care of. Saul is the best!
Great experience! Jackie and Nesto were excellent captains and tour guides. We got to see the ruins from the boat, snorkel along the reef, and enjoy a nice snack at the restaurant back at the beach club. They’re super friendly and fun. Very English friendly if you don’t have strong Spanish. Highly recommend!
This experience was amazing! The crew for friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable and safe the entire time.
Thanks Danny and Efrain, we had a great time both days, saw lots of rays and turtles. Loved the sailing.
This is an amazing experience. The boat ride and snorkeling was amazing. The guides were wonderful too. Would highly recommend this experience.
This was fun, easy snorkeling trip. It was easy to find the boat and they were patient with us when we were a little late. We had fun with our guides and the reef is beautiful!
What an amazing experience! We had a private sail down to the Ruins and then snorkeling at the reef. Efren was such a great guide, super friendly and made it a really special adventure. Highly recommend!
It's private & quiet. The gentlemen were really professional. Weather can change things so just be mindful
Did this with my bridal party and was so relaxing and beautiful! What a experience! And the caption was so knowledgeable and funny!
Incredibly friendly and helpful team. We were with the Axel crew and had a great time! It’s a fun, short trip.
We had a great experience, it was my first time snorkelling and both the guides with us were very patient and helpful. We had a wonderful time and we would do it again.
This tour is an amazing on and under water experience!
My wife and I really enjoyed both the sailing tour with beautiful views of the coast with historical ruins as well as adventurous diving experience! We have managed to see lots of tropical fishes, turtles and even a pirate canon ball!
Captain Didier and guide Rick were very knowledgeable and shared some cool facts about the area, we really enjoyed their company - I highly recommend as it’s great value for money!
Christoper and Wilbert were fantastic! Really nice guys. Great experience with them.
The only negative feedback I have is that the company should advertise that entry to the park is now $430 peso and not $60 before a booking is made. Unfortunately the reef is also full of rubbish which was quite sad.
We had the most wonderful time! Willy took us on a sunset tour and it was so beautiful. We saw the sun go down over the Mayan ruins with pelicans flying overhead.
This was one of the best snorkeling experiences I’ve ever had! Even though I can’t swim, I felt completely at ease. The sea was warm, calm, and had a stunning white sandy bottom, and not too deep which added to the comfort. Once I had my life jacket on, I felt safe and ready to enjoy the experience.
The captain was exceptional—he made us feel very comfortable and even swam alongside us. He provided a donut-shaped floater for extra safety, which was a thoughtful touch. He guided us every step of the way, making the experience enjoyable and stress-free.
We also had a great tour of the Tulum ruins and managed to capture some beautiful photos. Vanessa, the organizer, was so sweet and accommodating, adding to the overall positive experience.
After the snorkeling tour, I highly recommend spending time at the beach club. It’s the perfect place to relax, enjoy some snacks, and unwind after the adventure.
I absolutely loved this experience and can’t wait to come back—this time, I’ll bring my wife along! Highly recommended!
We had an amazing and fabulous time Sailing on this private tour. We skipped the snorkeling because we had a 3 yr old and a 72 yr old. The whole tour with our guide Azul was so amazing and special. The price is very good for the experience you get. Don’t think, just book!
Our guides were great. We saw the ruins and got to snorkel at the reef. We got to see a stingray! My wife’s first experience with snorkeling and now see is hooked.
I highly recommend this tour for a unique and brief way to see the Tulúm ruins from the sea and snorkel along the reef. Our guides Azul and Edgar were very kind, hospitable, and will help you swim against the current if necessary.
We had a great experience sailing past the Mayan Ruins and going snorkeling by a beautiful reef away from other tour groups. Would highly recommend!
This tour was one of the highlights of our trip. Our guide Ivan was very sweet, friendly and helpful. He took us to some very beautiful reefs and he made us feel very comfortable throughout the experience. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour and had a great experience. Definitely recommend this tour.
Rude customer service. Very unempathetic to our needs. A tip to future customers, this hotel does not have GPS directions so shuttle drivers easily get lost.

Hello Mr Cesar.
We tried to help you in all the way possible for us.
You didn't show at your reservation time, and wherever we offer you to reschedule later the same day or the day after, with no additional cost, but you insisted on reschedule on a day with really bad conditions. Sorry we have to refuse: SAFETY FIRST!!
As already we explain you, We offer private experience with strict schedule, where customer arrive at the booking time, with no line, so no wait to go to enjoy the sailing trip.
Regards

Capitán Iván was great! Private catamaran ride with snorkeling near the Tulum ruins. He pointed out interesting historical facts/places and was able to answer our questions. Would recommend.
This was an amazing activity & i would do it again! Our tour guides were very welcoming & funny. My girlfriend was scared but they made her feel comfortable & made this a great experience! I would highly recommend this excursion!
Very fun adventure. Our guide Santiago was friendly, personable, and took great care of us. Getting to snorkel away from the mass of large tour boats was a big bonus.
You access through the Pocna hotel lobby. They are on the left side, once you get to the beach. They don’t have large signs but you can see the sail boats or life jacket racks in the tent to find them
They are a group of wonderful sailors. Amazing experience with the natural wind powered boat. It’s so much fun sailing alone
Make sure you wash or check the snorkeling masks before you put on (it gets foggy sometimes)
And make sure you turn on the phone camera before getting to the water (I put it in a waterproof bag). Touch screen doesn’t work in the ocean, and sunscreen residuals on your hands make it more difficult
You will definitely see fishes and the coral reefs are pretty. Sea turtles and group of fishes depending on luck ;) Global warming is hurting the reefs
Make sure you tip the sailors well. They work hard to serve and attain all kinds of your needs. Their English are pretty good vs locals
Was an amazing experience, the capitán was very nice and kind, I totally recommend this! You should add this to your tulum trip :)
This experience was incredible. There are lots of options for snorkeling, but these guys use catamarans that don’t have motors. They also don’t bait the fish and take you the the reef away from other boats. It’s an amazing and authentic experience without a bunch of other people. Our guides were also phenomenal and took us on a ride along the coast to check out the ruins. Would do it again in a heartbeat!
Wonderful experience on the catamaran with Manuel our friendly and hospitable guide. He took us to the best spots to see beautiful vivid coral, fish in many varieties. It is the highlight of the trip so far. My first experience snorkeling and it won’t be my last
This was a wonderful experience. Very professional and informative. My captain was educated and attentive in the snorkeling part. He made sure that I was comfortable and safe.
We ran late due to construction closing down some roads, but we messaged ahead of time and we’re accommodating. Seas were pretty rough, but not much you can do about that. Our captain spoke excellent English and navigated well. Only wish I would have brought my own snorkel/mask. The one I had was generic and just didn’t fit well, ended up with a lot of water in the tube/mask. With a good seal, would have been excellent.
