Once arriving at the checkpoint everything was well organized , we boarded the boat promptly at the time stated, and we had a blast, and was able to capture some video of the turtles, sting rays, and the beautiful fish!!! Definitely book this experience

Booking doesn't tell you until after you book that you have to pay an additional $15-$20 fee per person to enter the national park, which also requires you to stand in a long line (about 30-40 minutes). The actual trip was an hour from start to finish. We were in the water for about 30-40 minutes. We did get to see some turtles who swam right next to us, but the reefs were dead.

Booked this for a bachelorette trip and it was as advertised! They took us out to see the ruins from the water first and then took us to the site to see sea turtles and sting rays. Then they took us to a second area to see the coral reef! It was so much fun! Sadly someone in our group got sea sick though so I recommend Dramamine especially for when the boat is anchored and just rocking. That aside, great experience for animal lovers!

My friends and I went for my bachelorette party on this tour. Our guides were absolutely fantastic and very accommodating. They showed us great views of the Mayan ruins from the ocean and where they took us to snorkel was magical. We saw a ton of sea turtles the day we were out and we also saw sting rays, tons of fish and the coral reef! 10/10 recommend! Great bang for your buck!

Fantastic experience! The company was very flexible and allowed us to change our booking to a later time when we had an issue getting to the meeting point. When we arrived we were the only two people on the tour, which meant the guide came snorkelling with us, and pointed out brightly coloured fish, coral and rays. The rays came really close! The highlight was literally as we jumped into the water, two sea turtles appeared as if to say welcome! They swam so close we could see their eyes and the detail on their shells and flippers. So cool. Highly recommend this trip- great value and plenty of time to explore the reef, plus a photo op in front of the Mayan Ruins.

The diving instructors were so friendly! They went a little bit overtime as well, as they allowed us to snorkel and go in the water a second time to see the turtles.
My favourite experience in Tulum! Do not miss out and be sure to check this company out. So affordable and totally worth it.

Our tour guide was exceptional, helping an uncomfortable swimmer so everyone could see the wildlife. Beautiful reef with many fish, turtles and manta rays. Office was very helpful and quickly responded to us when we made a mistake.

Tulum ruins are closed but this tour afforded us an opportunity to see them anyways! Snorkeling was incredible - dozens of sting rays, 5+ turtles, tons of fish, and coral was so close I was afraid I’d hit it with my fin! Loved every second. Thank you!

It was my daughter and I and we enjoyed it so much! Condition de la mer clairement pas bonne pour l’activité !
Tout les gens sur le bateaux étaient malade au bout de 30 min . La personne qui s’occupait de nous accueillir nous a même pas demandé pourquoi nous sommes rentrés plus tôt , ou prendre des nouvelles des gens , aucun geste.
De plus , rien n’est marqué sur l’annonce mais il faut payer l’entrée du parc pour pouvoir accéder à la plage , c’est à dire 415 pesos par personne , ça serait bien de le marquer dans l’annonce au lieu d’envoyer un message expliquant le nouveau tarif la veille ( qui en passant à été changé il y a plus d’un mois , il est temps d’actualiser l’annonce ! )

Quiero comentarle que el clima cambia en Tulu muy rápido y cuando las condiciones no son la mejores se pueden presentar inconvenientes como el mareo. Por otro lado los cambios que ha causado la entrada en funcionamiento del parque del jaguar a causado varios inconventientes y confusiones. Si revisas bien en la descripción de nuestra experiencia está muy claro que incluye y que no y cuánto cuesta lo que no incluye. Espero que la próxima vez tenga una mejor experiencia en Tulum.

Nous avons malheureusement été déçus par cette excursion de snorkelling, et voici pourquoi :
Tout d'abord, il est important de noter qu'ils ne signalent pas clairement qu'il faut payer l'accès au "Parque del Jaguar" (355 MXN par personne) avant de pouvoir participer à l'activité, ainsi qu'un frais de parking (200 MXN par véhicule). Ces frais supplémentaires, non mentionnés à l'avance, sont un vrai désagrément.
Ensuite, bien que l'activité soit annoncée pour une durée de 1h30, nous n'avons passé que 1h01 dans le bateau, ce qui est loin de ce qui était promis. Le programme de l'excursion inclut 10 minutes de bateau pour voir les ruines de Tulum depuis la mer, puis 10 minutes supplémentaires pour se rendre sur le site de snorkelling avec les poissons, coraux, tortues et raies (ce qui était en effet magnifique), et enfin 5 minutes pour revenir à la plage. L'ensemble de l'activité semble précipité.
Il faut tout de même souligner que la rencontre avec la faune marine était exceptionnelle et que le matériel prêté était de bonne qualité. Toutefois, ces surcoûts imprévus et la durée réduite de l'excursion rendent cette expérience difficile à recommander. Nous avons l'impression d'avoir été pris pour des pigeons.

Incluso colocamos el precio del boleto para entrar al parque del jaguar que es de 415 pesos. El estacionamiento es opcional y mi recomendación siempre es ir al acceso norte del parque en donde el estacionamiento es gratuito. Por otro lado, los tiempos de la experiencia a veces pueden verse afectados por la disposición de alguno de los viajeros, por el clima o por razones ajenas a nosotros. Toda esta información se incluye en la descripción y además se envía justo al reservar y también el día de la experiencia por whatsapps y correo electrónico. Es justo que te sientas mal y te pido disculpas por estos inconvenientes.

Para una primera experiencia con snorkel estuvo bien, el guia era amable y considerado. Sin embargo el tiempo fue menor al que se indica, el titulo dice 1.5 hrs de snorkel, y en realidad el tiempo en el agua fue de unos 40 minutos.
