What are people saying about Tulum

This is the one!
This was by far the best choice for this experience. It was a small group of us (2 other couples) which made the experience more personal and relaxing. This small size helps the timing of the trip and all in all it was a 12 hour day from pick up to drop off (from Tulum). Our tour guide, Leire, was very knowledgeable giving us the history on our drive to the chichen itza with a slideshow as well! The restaurant at the valladolid was delicious and picturesque with an authentic Mexican vibe. The cenote was AMAZING. The water was crystal clear and only 4 other people there besides us. It was clean with lockers (included in tour fee), showers and a changing room as well. They provided us with water and snacks as well. Don’t forget to bring a refillable water bottle! But if you did, they provided you with a sanitized one if needed. If you have limited mobility and need a collapsible wheelchair like we did (sprained ankle), it’s doable but challenging. There are handicap ramps at the entrance of the chichen itza but then about a 1/2 mile of rocky moderate terrain with small craters and hills. Once you get by the actual chichen itza it is a lot easier as it is flat ground. The restaurant had ramps so no issues there. To get into the cenote, it was about 50 steep steps so the limited person had to sit it out but this amazing tour let her hang out in the air conditioned van. All in all, I would absolutely do this tour with them again and do different tours with this company in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It’s worth it!

Cool, rustic setting with local guides. 9 zip lines plus a climbing and rappelling wall. One semi-open cenote with a diving platform and one closed cenote with subtle lighting. Excellent authentic tacos were served after the adventure. Thank you to Roberto and crew!

Excellent day trip!
Great excursion that last about 6 hours round trip. First stop, to swim with the sea turtles. The groups in this excursion are small but the area for swimming is crowded. We went in April, which is not peak season, and although there were plenty of people in the water, it wasn’t a bad experience. Rudolf, our tour guide, made sure that we saw multiple turtles; he won’t allow you to not see one. All gear was provided; lifejackets and snorkel gear. After we swam in the ocean with turtles, we went to the cenotes (underground caves), which were awesome! Very crystal clear water, not too deep or dark.

Extraordinary excursion
I had an amazing time! My experience was wonderful, was so beautiful. My tour guide was extremely nice, she even offered to take picture's. I felt safe the entire time, best trip ever. I recommend you book this excursion. Her knowledge of history was exceptional, truly understood everything she was explaining. Got to meet new people that were kind and genuine. 10/10 book it!
