What are people saying about Tulum

Excellent guide!
What an amazing tour! It was the perfect mix of an informational tour with time allowed to venture off on our own. Our guide was very experienced and knowledgeable and gave us a deep and nuanced explanation of the sights. Plus special off the beaten track Cenote experience! Kudos!

Wow!
Wow! Great communication about pickup from our hotel & timely comfortable transport. Sent a clear list beforehand of what we should bring & what was provided. First, stop was the cenotes. Got there early enough that we had the closed cenote to our small group of 10. Gorgeous! Next, Akumal to see the sea turtles. We are always prepared to see no wildlife on trips, but we saw 6 sea turtles! Our guide, Lea, gave us great info for both spots & clearly communicated the rules to minimize the impact on the environment. And, because we had a mixed language group, she did this while flipping between English & French & made sure everyone was engaged & included. Cold bottled water and snacks were provided(which was very appreciated after all of the swimming). Would highly recommend.

Just do it!
This tour package was perfect for a short excursion day! My husband and I didn't want to spend too many hours on excursions, so we chose this one. 4-5 hours of fun with ATVs, ziplines, and a swim in a cenote was a perfect mix! Julio, our tour guide, was very professional and knowledgeable. Since we booked last minute, we didn't prepare any water shoes. Even if you don't have water shoes, you can still participate in this tour, but it's best to bring some. Also, prepare a bandana and a waterproof cellphone pocket so that you can take photos in the cenote! And mosquito repellent is a must, as these activities take place in the middle of the jungle. Overall, we really enjoyed this experience and highly recommend it!

Great tour and experience, but extra fee due day of
Very informative about the ruins. Out tour guide was fantastic. Was very hot in July, but our tour was very early and one of the first of the day. Bring your own water bottle. There are benches in the shade throughout the park to rest, and near the ocean views was a good breeze. Crowds got huge by the time we left. The shops near the entrance were fairly pushy but not too bad if told not interested. The Mayan village experience and cenote were exceptional. We went early enough we were the only ones there and it was magical. Take note: when we booked through the Viator app we were not told of an extra cost per person until after we had already started traveling for the trip. If we would have known we could have brought the cash with us. Instead we had to stop at an ATM. Other than the timing of the extra fee being too late overall it was a fantastic and memorable experience.
