Excellent service! A representative met us right at the arrival gate and guided us to our driver. The driver communicated well via email beforehand and was flexible enough to pick up an additional family member from a different location. Highly recommend!

Charlie was the most amazing driver/guide/person we could have ever hoped for. I could spend the whole day writing about our day out with him. We had the most incredible experience with our driver in Kaohsiung. From the moment he picked us up, he was kind, patient, professional, and genuinely cared about making our day special. He went above and beyond to make sure we saw everything we wanted, adjusted the itinerary to fit our interests, and never once made us feel rushed. He taught us so much about this beautiful country. He took us through beautiful countryside, temples, Monkey Mountain, and hidden scenic spots we never would have found on our own. His driving was safe and smooth the entire day, and he was so thoughtful and accommodating with my family. You can tell he truly takes pride in what he does. What stood out most was his kindness and heart. This did not feel like a standard tour — it felt like spending the day with someone who genuinely wanted us to fall in love with Taiwan. We absolutely did. If you are considering booking this tour, do it. This was the highlight of our entire trip, and we will remember this experience forever. Daniel our guide was absolutely fantastic, can’t recommend her enough. Professional, friendly, punctual, helpful, trustworthy and just a lovely person - an absolute credit to your company and Country. We all had a fantastic time with the two places that we wanted to go. Didn’t feel rushed, Daniel came with us to show us around and to help with any language barriers. Got back to the cruise port with in plenty of time for all aboard.

Highly recommended experience with Taiwan TST - Our tour operator Maggio customised our trip based on the weather. Which was so personally managed and as a result we ended up booking 2 extra tours with them as the service was exceptional. Excellent overall Chiao-Chiao our tour guide is was amazing We saw everything on our list and more She was very knowledgeable on the sites we went to. There were particular items for our family we wanted to buy, Chiao-Chiao found all of the items. My wife has a disability, our tour guide was aware of it, adjusting our tour as needed. I would definitely recommend Chiao-Chiao for this tour.

Because of a delayed connection we missed our flight to Taipei. So we were rebooked for the following day. We found out about the delay after the 24 cancellation window was passed. I messaged the provider directly and called Viator. The Viator help desk did nothing for me. They just said it was outside the window so no changes were possible. The provider response was give them the new flight information and they would be there. And they were!! The car was very nice and the travel time was less than the quoted time. I would use them again.

A truly amazing and fun experience. The entrance was a little confusing to find if you are very familiar with the area. The restaurant workers next door were able to point me in the right direction! The instructors were so friendly and patient. Makes even the most novice chef feel like a pro. Would recommend to anyone and everyone who wants a half day activity. We had the most incredible day exploring Taiwan with our tour guide, Oliver. He took us to Jiufen, Shifen Waterfall, the Golden Waterfall, the Yehliu Geopark, and even made a special stop for us to light a lantern and make wishes—plus several other thoughtful stops along the way. His timing was *perfect*; we always arrived just before the big bus tours, which made every experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Oliver was not only knowledgeable—sharing fascinating history and stories about Taiwan—but also genuinely personable and so easy to chat with. By the end of the tour, it felt like we had made a new friend. I can’t recommend this tour enough. Skip the crowded big bus options and book this tour instead. You’ll get a much more intimate, meaningful, and memorable experience. Highly recommended!
