This will enable our driver-guide to know which terminal to wait for you at, and they will be wearing a Justaiwantour uniform, waiting for you at the exit. Your driver-guide will be waiting in the arrival hall with a sign showing your name. After meeting up, you’ll take a quick airport shuttle bus ride to the parking area, then your layover tour will begin.

My husband and I had a short layover in Taipei and wanted to get out of TPE to see some of the city, knowing it would need to be short. Our guide Howard went above and beyond to make this a reality and use our limited time wisely! He was there at the arrivals gate to meet us when we landed, drove us to Longshan Temple and Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, the two spots we prioritized seeing most! He was extremely knowledgeable about Taipei, pointed out other notable sites as we passed them, gave us a good window of time to see what we wanted, and got us back to the airport with plenty of buffer time for a smooth check-in, customs, and boarding experience. Howard really made the trip, and we are extremely grateful to have met him. His flexibility, friendliness, excellent time management, and great communication before and during the tour were of the highest standard. We would be thrilled to recommend him to anyone we know visiting Taipei!

Nice tour, but be prepared to pay

Our tour guide, Stanley, was great. Super nice and informative, though sometimes a bit hard to understand. That being said, this is an expensive tour. No where does it say that on top of the 480 dollar price you should be prepared for paying for your own meals. Every other tasting tour we’ve taken has included the food in the price. We were caught off guard and had to use an ATM. Had we known we’d be paying, we probably would have chosen another tour company that included the food.

I’m writing this one year later. My tour guide, Spencer, picked me up from the airport. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my 4hr tour around Taipei. And Spencer bought me breakfast, though it wasn’t apart of the tour. Thank you for your hospitality ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We went to the 89th floor observaton lounge of 101 in Taipei. We had a nighttime panoramic view of the city. Then, our guide took us to the famous Taipei night market to sample delicious street foods and soak up the local culture.

We didn’t get to Taipei because of traffic so actually spent most of our time in a car chatting with our guide who was great but pretty limited as to what we could see or do.
