The tour was well organised, from the moment we saw the team with the sign everything was smooth. The care shown to their passengers included a safe, less busy area to stand, stopping cars with ease so we could cross the road carefully and talking us through each step so we had no questions to ask. Alanis was not your typical tour guide, it was like an old friend was showing you around. She is so warm and smiley and our whole family enjoyed the experience she gave. Everything she does throughout the tour is to ensure each family ticks their bucket list while keeping a timely schedule and removing any stress about being late back to the ship. I would 100% recommend you ask for her and you will not be disappointed. Also her bond with our driver Mr Mario was very sweet to see, its clear this is a company that focuses on positive staff relationships as a foundation.

This was a fantastic experience for my 10 year old daughter and I. Would HIGHLY recommend. It was a little chaotic finding where to meet once we got off the ship. But, the people there are so friendly and helpful. All I had to do was tell them the company I booked with and they pointed me in the right direction. Our Guide Kenson was so kind. He walked us to check in at the office. It’s a short walk but he made sure we were safe. Once we arrived we signed our waivers and put into our harness. The guides on the zip line were so fun and encouraging. They could tell my daughter and I were nervous but they made sure we had fun. There was a photographer taking pictures that you have the option of purchasing at the end. It was inexpensive and the pictures were fantastic! I was highly recommend doing that vs trying to take your own pictures. After the zip lining we got to see the animals. I’f you have kids I would recommend this excursion. It took about an hour and a half so we still had the whole day to shop and swim!

Our driver Herman made the trip extra special. He was so sweet, and just a gentleman. It was a very raining day when my sister, my niece and I took the tour with him. He took us to the monkey tour and when we were finished we were hesitant to the finish the beach tour because of the overcast. He encouraged us to at least go the location and then decide if we wanted to Boy we would have missed out if we did not listen to him We enjoyed our day at the beach (with an awesome lunch) and was so relaxing He then took us to purchase chocolate which was so delicious I would recommend this tour to everyone
