Excellent experience for pick up from the airport! Our flight was delayed by several hours, and we were concerned we would miss our ride. It was helpful that I downloaded the whatsapp app as the company had direct comminication and sent a video and written instuctions of how to get from the airport terminal to the company's meeting place. R'uben sent me pics of his van, my name on a screen identifying he was our ride. We were able to let him know about our 2+hour delay, when we landed, and he wad waiting for us as soon as we arrived at the meeting place. 5****

Our driver Hector was great. He was nice to talk with on the way to the airport and made sure we had a smooth and safe drop off. Communication with the company was easy and responsive. Our flight was delayed and they easily updated our pick up time but offered to still be available earlier if we changed our mind.

Getting from the airport...

Getting from the airport to my hotel was super easy. Once I made the reservation, communication began with confirming my reservation, making sure I had instructions as well as contact information of the representative. On the day of our arrival, our plane was delayed by 4.5 hours. JB Transfers not only responded quickly, but also tracked my flight and ensured someone was available when our plane finally landed. Two of my fsmily member’s plane was delayed by a day and the gentlemen at JB Transfers made sure their transport from the airport to the hotel was quick and smooth. I highly recommend using their services!

Communication was very...

Communication was very good. Car was awaiting us upon arrival in Punta Cana. One minor glitch on the pick for departure. Car arrived a little late, which caused us some concern, but communication was good and we were assured that we would arrive at the airport on time for departure, which we did! If you are looking for a luxury transport, this is not the company. We found the value for the service was great. This was a short ride for us to Cap Cana, so the type of vehicle was not an issue. Also, if you do not speak Spanish, you cannot communicate with the drivers. All in all a great value.

Great experience. It was our first time in the DR. The pickup process was easy. My sister was at a different terminal and the driver was so patient with finding her. Have all your documents just in case.

To always have the contact number just in case you can't find your driver. My driver didn't have a sign with my name but I had all of the information ready just in case and it turned out that I needed it! I had to wait but it was only two minutes. Everyone was very friendly once they arrived. My only complaint was that I thought I was being picked up by Viator but instead it was a different shuttle service.

It was so fun. They are extremely friendly. You don’t need to bring anything. Buy your photos. Be prepared to have a good time no downers for this fun exciting tour of sea and sand. Don’t snorkel unless your a strong swimmer the waves can be intense. Sunblock is strongly recommended. Eat before you drink of course. Pack light with your must have items like water and change of clothes. They have a bathroom. I loved it and had so much fun and I don’t even drink it’s a party without drinking seriously fun.
