I have never left a bad review and have used Viator many times, but this experience was nothing like the sleek black SUVs pictured on Viator's site. The transfer from the airport to the resort was tolerable in the sedan sent for us, but there was some delay in getting picked up and the AC in the vehicle wasn't working well. However, the return trip to the airport was unacceptable. The Secrets Resort where we stayed delayed permitting gate access to this driver for 30 minutes because of the poor condition of the vehicle. This white Hyundai was scratched up with damage on the fenders, pieces hanging from the front bumper, and the windshield was completely cracked from side to side with no rear view mirror (zoom in on the photo). Apparently, the resort asked this driver to never return. If we hadn't already lost 30 minutes to get to the airport, I may have looked for another transfer. This trip from Secrets Playa Esmeralda to Punta Cana airport takes about an hour and a half and it was very unnerving. Approximately 6-7 minutes from getting to the airport, the driver announced that he "couldn't hold it anymore" and we needed to stop at a gas station so he could use the restroom. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this transfer company.

hello thanks for your comment you might confused our services with other we take you in van and wait for you more than our when you had problem in the lobby doing the chekout ,remember the problem was with the hotel because you refused to pay your bills services room and we wait for you for almost 1 hour to you resolve your problem , you might confused and forget all that we have your pick in the van

Great experience! We had a little trouble finding our driver at first, but that's more a reflection of the chaos at the Punta Cana airport pickup area than the company itself. They stayed in constant communication with us the entire time, and once we found each other, everything was seamless. The van was clean and comfortable, and our driver even had cold beverages waiting for us, which was a much-appreciated touch after a long day of travel. We would definitely use this service again.
