The best transportation!...

The best transportation! I booked pretty last minute and they made communication and pickup a breeze. Super friendly, on time, respectful, clean and air conditioned vehicle with water bottles. They even provided a video of where to find them once you exit the airport/ how to exit the airport. Would definitely recommend over a larger group pickup and would use again if returning to Punta Cana. Great service!

I LOVED THIS EXCURSION!!!!!! We had such a great time on the boats, with the people , and our awesome guide, Edwardo. We did a stop at a souvenir shop, went to the dock to board the boat, then the Natural Pool in the Sea by speed boat, then to Saona island. It was more than enough time to take everything in and that was appreciated. Edwardo who was ur guide during the trio did a wonderful job. The food is not all that, but edible if hungry or need to eat not to be famished, lol. It was about 10-11 hours and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend others to go on this excursion and enjoy!!!!

Getting from the airport...

Getting from the airport to my hotel was super easy. Once I made the reservation, communication began with confirming my reservation, making sure I had instructions as well as contact information of the representative. On the day of our arrival, our plane was delayed by 4.5 hours. JB Transfers not only responded quickly, but also tracked my flight and ensured someone was available when our plane finally landed. Two of my fsmily member’s plane was delayed by a day and the gentlemen at JB Transfers made sure their transport from the airport to the hotel was quick and smooth. Upon arriving at the airport, you will need to exit the terminal to find the various taxi and transportation services. We quickly located their stand and waited no more than 10 minutes for our representative, Rashel, to escort us to the van. Our driver, Elvis, was friendly, professional, and drove us safely and efficiently to our hotel. We booked a round-trip transfer, and he was actually early for our return pickup, ensuring we had plenty of time to catch our flight. The company's primary method of communication is WhatsApp, so I highly recommend using it to coordinate pickups or make any requests. Overall, I would highly recommend this shuttle service—they are reliable, punctual, and cost-effective.

The Booze Cruise was a great experience. They allowed you to bring your own alcohol aboard. There was food at the dock while we waited on our boat for a small price. Once we rode out into the water a bit, we were able to get off the boat into the water. You could also order food then, I wasn’t too crazy about the food. The music on the boat was great! We had a great experience, I’d definitely do it again!
