Best Tour Ever
Raymond & Chris are phenomenal leaders. They were encouraging, welcoming, and made sure everyone had a great time. They also made sure no one was left behind and took the time to be support everyone. They took the best pictures and video ever!! After the rainforest we went to a local food place. I can’t speak enough about the beef & cheese empanadas. BOOK NOW WITH CHRIS & RAYMOND!!

This cave tubing...
This cave tubing experience was a 1000/10! I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting. The host and entire staff were amazing from start to finish. They kept the energy high the whole time, had us laughing throughout the tour, and shared so much interesting information about the island and its history.
What I really loved was that the experience is perfect for everyone. Whether you're a beginner, someone who doesn't enjoy very extreme activities, or an adventure lover looking for something fun, this tour strikes the perfect balance. It was exciting, relaxing, and unforgettable all at the same time.
I had an incredible time and would absolutely do it again. If you're thinking about booking it, don't hesitate—you won't regret it!

Highly recommend
My tour guide Shaly was phenomenal and provided a wonderful experience. She was extremely knowledgeable about the rainforest (including the foliage and local wildlife), cultural history, and local recommendations. She also made sure to take photos for everyone involved in our group. The small group was an extreme plus compared to the large groups I saw coming after us. The only thing I’d note is the listing says 9 am start time but it’s actually a 6:30 am start time in order to beat the crowds (while annoying, very worth it)
I highly recommend!!! I had a great time

Roy made this the highlight of our trip
We did this tour as a family with three kids (14, 12, and 10) and it was perfect for them. Roy was an amazing guide. He was entertaining, engaged the kids the whole way, and made sure everyone navigated the terrain safely. He even treated us to some pastries after the tour and drove us through Old San Juan as a bonus since we finished quicker than expected. As a cruise family, we loved getting away from the ship crowds and booking directly, and Roy stayed on top of getting us back to the boat with plenty of time to spare.
The river itself is beautiful, the cliff jumping was a blast, and the area never felt crowded. We'd heard the El Yunque waterslides can get packed for a similar activity, so the calmer setting here was a real plus. We would absolutely do this again.
One suggestion for the company: be clearer about what to wear. You will definitely be swimming. Ladies should plan on athletic wear over a swimsuit, and guys can get by with swim bottoms and a rashguard or athletic shirt. For footwear, water shoes or outdoor sandals like Keens are ideal. The rocks aren't super slippery, but flip-flops or Crocs won't cut it. Having that spelled out ahead of time would help a lot.
Highly recommend, and ask for Roy if you can!

Wonderful guides and a fantastic tour
Richard and Alex were amazing tour guides with a wealth of knowledge, extremely family oriented and friendly and took great care with children and seniors. They were very willing to go the extra mile, ensure our comfort and guide us in the safest and most fun manner, while also holding hands of a senior to ensure they were stable and safe during the hike as needed.
FYI...the hike / route taken can become hard for seniors, especially those that usually require slightly flatter surfaces to walk on. Stepping over deep tree roots, slippery rocks/paths down to the water can be hard for senior not used to such adventure.

Take me money 3 times…
Are you a gringo looking for the carribean experience? We live on the island and decided to go try some ‘touristy’ adventures. Not knowing what to expect, we arrived, were greeted warmly, boarded the boat, had a scenic trip and then the next thing I know, I AM SWIMMING WITH GREEN SEA TURTLES?!?!? Take my money, two times!!! Then they feed you, give you drinks and we spend a few hours on a private beach. Take my money, 3 times!! Sign up, you won’t regret it.

Brandon was a wonderful...
Brandon was a wonderful tour guide and made our entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and always willing to answer questions. His knowledge and enthusiasm kept everyone engaged throughout the tour, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and having a great time. Brandon’s positive attitude and attention to detail truly stood out and made the experience memorable. It was clear that he cares about providing excellent service and creating a great experience for his guests. I would highly recommend Brandon as a tour guide and would gladly join another tour with him.

Such a fun experience. We...
Such a fun experience. We had Pancho and Stephen as guides and they were awesome and laid back but super helpful. Definitely worth the investment for the tour guide. The slides and the rope swing and cliffs were sweet and the rain forest is absolutely beautiful.

Pros, cons, and notes
This expense was amazing and I definitely would recommend it as a way to see both the rainforest and bio bay. The included transportation is definitely a plus. I’ll list some pros and cons as well as notes below.
Pros: the guides are extremely helpful and informative. They make sure if you want to do it you are able to. The kayaking is a separate experience with different guides, who are equally as good. The smoothie place you stop at on the way was really good and the provide fruit, drinks, and snacks after the hiking.
Cons: this trip definitely isn’t for someone who doesn’t want to put the work in. They let you stay back and skip the cliff jump, water slide, and rope swing if you want but I feel like if you do that you’re missing out on a lot of the experience. They had us order the food for dinner in the morning and it wasn’t ready until an hour and a half after we got to the restaurant.
Tips: they say to bring extra clothes and towels but we didn’t use either. There’s not much time to dry off. For the change of clothes you get wet during the hiking and the kayaking so there’s no point in changing between the two. I would recommend a long sleeve shirt for the kayaking to avoid mosquitoes. You do need good hiking shoes that get fully submerged during the hiking, we brought flip flops so we wouldn’t be in wet sneakers and socks the rest of the day. You don’t need much honestly, we over packed. They provide water and snacks throughout the day. You CANT bring anything with you into the forest, everything is left secured on the bus. Leave jewelry and valuables at your hotel.
Overall this was an amazing experience and i definitely would recommend this over anything else. The staff is very kind, helpful, and responsive.

The rainforest hike was...
The rainforest hike was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The scenery was breathtaking, with lush greenery, beautiful wildlife, and peaceful trails that made the entire experience unforgettable.
What truly made the tour exceptional was our guides Juan and Pedro. Pedro was knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the rainforest, sharing fascinating facts and making sure everyone felt comfortable and engaged throughout the journey. Their enthusiasm and expertise made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an amazing outdoor adventure!

Daytime Crystal Kayaking with the Night Kayaking Team
Our tour guides Cheli & Mariellie were warm and welcoming to our early morning (8am Crystal Kayaking Excursion). Mariellen helped us get into & out of our kayaks and Cheli did most of the narrating. Cheli’s a very intelligent and informative guide, she took time to explain the environmental advantages of these protected bays for the manatees (which we had the fortunate opportunity to see) & the invasive iguanas taking over PR. We also saw special jelly fish too. Overall a fun time, wish we got to do the night kayaking, but that just leaves us another reason to return soon. At the end of the tour, we were airdropped photos (free) along with a list of recommended restaurants 😋 which we did use 👍🏻

This tour is well...
This tour is well organized: pre-departure communication, details on what to expect and everything. Our guide Jason was very knowledgeable and considerate, he made a stop at Walgreens before entering the forest, took countless photos and videos for us, and took care of everyone during water activities. We heard so many praises from other tour guides along the way in the rainforest too. Highly recommended if you are visiting Puerto Rico.
