Never got email. Never opened up to link so I could see waste of money. I was unable to utilize this and ended up doing Google instead. Worked fine.

For the benefit of future travelers reading this review, we would like to clarify that access to the map was sent immediately after your purchase, as is standard for this digital product. On May 31 at 8:14 PM, we replied to your message explaining that you could use the map at any time and recommended checking your Spam or Junk Mail folder, as emails can occasionally be filtered there by mistake. Later, when you let us know at 9:41 PM that you still couldn't find the map, we responded again on June 1 at 8:48 AM, resending the access link directly through the Viator messaging platform to ensure you could access the product without any issues. After sending the link again, we did not receive any additional messages indicating that you were still experiencing difficulties or needed further assistance. We are always happy to help our guests and resolve any issues as quickly as possible. We're glad you were still able to enjoy Puerto Rico's west coast, and we're sorry you weren't able to take advantage of the guide, as hundreds of travelers have successfully used it to discover unique places throughout the island.
