Our certified biologists or interpreter guides will offer you a great educational adventure. At the established time our transporter will pick you up at the meeting point in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle. About an hour will pass by and you will arrive at the area where our guides will receive you, provide you with the necessary protective equipment for cave exploration (helmet, lamps and life jackets) and explain the tour agenda and safety rules. You will walk for 15 minutes and arrive at Las Cuevas de Arenales where you will swim in a small canyon formed by the passage of water. Great overview of the area, open car allows air flow and better pics. Chris was excellent guide, Stopped at the Basilica and old fort a few minutes to look around. I'd advise as a great first intro to Old San Juan. Also, we're older and it saved us a ton of walking so we could decide where we actually wanted to go.

Our tour guide Frank (Francisco) not only created an incredible experience with our visit to El Yunque, but pretty much set a positive tone for the rest of our trip. He was EXTREMELY nice, funny, personable, knowledgeable - and having done tours all over the world for so many things - we can 100% say he is the BEST guide to ever walk this earth! Waterfalls, Views, and Great Food – Perfect Day!

Our guided tour of El Yunque National Forest was an absolute highlight of our trip! I went with my best friend and our daughters (ages 13 and 14), and it was the perfect adventure for all of us. Isaac was an incredible guide—knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely passionate about what he does. From the moment he picked us up at our hotel, he set the tone for a seamless and enjoyable day. He did a fantastic job explaining what we would see and sharing interesting insights along the way. We loved every part of the experience—from the scenic walking trails and breathtaking views to the waterfalls and refreshing swimming holes. Each stop felt thoughtfully chosen and never rushed. Isaac made sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time throughout. One of the unexpected highlights was the food stop—he brought us to an amazing spot for authentic Puerto Rican food, which made the day even more memorable. This tour is perfect for families with teens as well as adults. It was a fun, well-organized, and truly special experience that I would highly recommend!

Great blend of a hike, water slide, and rope jumping in a half day tour

It was a perfect blend of a short hike, natural water slide, and rope jumping into a natural pool. Our guide Arnell was very professional and ensured that everyone had the best time while keeping safety and security (of personal belongings) at the top of his priority. Half day tour was perfect for my family. Shoes and socks do get fully wet, but we were able to return to our hotel with towel on our seats, without having to change our clothes.

We went on our last day in Puerto Rico. Angel was great and very kind to the group. We were on the older side 54-78 years old and he helped some of us get on and off the boat and took our lunch and an umbrella to the beach for us to sit and relax and take in the views.

Wonderful Experience

We had 2 local guides, both very friendly, knowledgeable, and hilarious! We really enjoyed the tour and they provided us with a tarp to better see the bioluminescence as the moon was bright. Would definitely recommend! Get ready to take your shoes off and be covered with a bit of mud while walking to the bay and getting on the kayak!

Memory of a lifetime at Isla Palominos!

Memory of a lifetime visiting Isla Palominos. Scott, our guide, chef and DJ was excellent. Set all expectations very clearly, gave great background/ nature info and commentary of the region and where we were going, history etc. He prepared us a fabulous meal. Snorkeling was terrific, but global warming is taking its toll. Saw sea turtles, rays and a decent amount of fish. Was crazy relaxing. The “Janice” was a well kept boat that was sturdy, clean and maintained well. Ricardo is an experienced Captian that made us feel safe, was very communicative and was a master of the sea. We will definitely be returning. A memory of a lifetime.

This was one of the best...

This was one of the best excursions we did thanks to our captain Arturo! He was so welcoming and gave us such a good experienced. He provided kayaks, snorkel gear, and floaters. He even taught me how to swim. We loved it so much that we booked the bioluminescent bay experience with him. This was also amazing and better than the one in fajardo because you actually get to swim in the water. 1000/10 experience and would recommend to anyone who is coming to La parguera!

A Perfect Day For A Solo Traveler- Unforgettable Experience!

As a 54-year-old woman traveling solo, this tour was everything I hoped for and more. From the moment I joined the group, everyone was welcoming and friendly, and our guide, Steven, made the entire day smooth, fun, and informative. We began in beautiful Ponce with a guided tour of the historic castle, followed by a Don Q rum tasting and a deep dive into its fascinating history right there on-site—such a unique experience! From there, we headed to La Parguera for delicious fish tacos (seriously, don’t skip them!), then boarded Captain Jack’s boat for the real magic. Captain Jack was knowledgeable, funny, and made sure we had the best views at the sandbar for the sunset and later, in the bioluminescent bay. Swimming in glowing water under the stars was absolutely surreal—and they even helped us get great photos to remember it by. I felt completely safe the entire time and truly cared for as a solo traveler. This tour went above and beyond. It’s an absolute must-do when visiting Puerto Rico!
