Yatzel is the BEST — a must-book for families visiting El Yunque!

We were on a cruise with a tight turnaround, and Yatzel made everything seamless from start to finish. He was right there waiting for us at pickup — on time, prepared, and genuinely excited to show us El Yunque. And he had us back at the ship with time to spare, which took so much stress off our shoulders. But the real magic was everything in between. Our girls are 7 and 9, and Yatzel was endlessly patient and engaged with them the entire day. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the rainforest — sharing facts and stories that had all four of us genuinely fascinated — and he knew exactly how to make it fun and exciting for little ones without losing the adults. The natural slides were an absolute highlight. Yatzel knew right where to take us and made sure the girls felt safe and confident — and they were absolutely screaming with joy. Pure magic. He then wrapped up the day at a wonderful local restaurant that was the perfect ending to a perfect afternoon. Yatzel didn’t just guide us through a rainforest — he gave our family a full-day adventure we will never forget. If you’re visiting Puerto Rico, especially with kids, book Yatzel. Full stop. 🌿🇵🇷

Yatzel was absolutely amazing and truly made our experience in Puerto Rico unforgettable. From the moment we met him, he made us feel comfortable and safe, especially while exploring somewhere new with our young kids.
