You will walk for 15 minutes and arrive at Las Cuevas de Arenales where you will swim in a small canyon formed by the passage of water. We will continue our tour and you will be able to take an adrenaline-filled jump into the water to enter the underground world of the Charco Azul Caves. There you will see a waterfall and the formations created by minerals and water through the limestone rock where the caves are formed. Exceeded Our Expectations!

The folks here are so accommodating! I contacted them several times before our tour (regarding my large body size and my dad's limited mobility) and they were quick to reply or call back (within hours). My father uses a rollator to get around and they were so kind to find a place for it while we went on the tour. Not once were we made to feel like we were a burden or making things difficult. Our guide (I forgot her name) was amazing and flexible to meet our needs. If you have a scooter or other mobility device, they don't have a place to hold it while you're touring (which is a suggestion I'd make because this is a good option for folks who would rather ride around than walk!). The golf carts were comfortable and the free bottled water was great. Our guide was very knowledgeable and shared several fun facts. I highly recommend you book this tour (and tipping if you're able)!

Exciting bioluminescent kayak adventure

The guides give good instructions at the beginning. There is a bathroom facility available and parking onsite. Can be physically demanding if current is strong. They have eco friendly bug spray, provide water and snacks for afterwards. It’s very dark but you can see the red lights of the kayaks in front of you. Amazing bioluminescence in the dark canals, very exciting and it was right after it rained.

Last night we went to see the bioluminescent bay and it was honestly so cool. The water really glows — it feels unreal when you see it in person. Our guide was great, super nice and easygoing, and made the whole trip relaxed and enjoyable. We felt very well taken care of. Definitely worth going if you’re visiting!

Best experience, lifetime memory

Definitely worth it! This excursion was the highlight of our trip. Kenny and Kiwi were very attentive and provided excellent service bartending, assisting into the water, and a yummy lunch. Snorkeling was not rushed and we saw so many fish. Then another trip to Icacos to enjoy 2 hours of beach time relaxing was the best. I’d recommend this company and happy we chose a great one. If you’re in San Juan, an Uber is a good choice, or if you drive, there is parking on the street.

The tour was amazing! The crew was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional from start to finish. Although the conditions were a bit rough on the way over, the staff stayed attentive to everyone’s needs and made sure all guests felt safe and comfortable. Flamenco Beach was absolutely gorgeous, and there were plenty of water activities to enjoy. Snorkeling nearby was especially cool and a highlight of the experience. Overall, a fantastic trip that I would highly recommend!

A Perfect Day For A Solo Traveler- Unforgettable Experience!

As a 54-year-old woman traveling solo, this tour was everything I hoped for and more. From the moment I joined the group, everyone was welcoming and friendly, and our guide, Steven, made the entire day smooth, fun, and informative. We began in beautiful Ponce with a guided tour of the historic castle, followed by a Don Q rum tasting and a deep dive into its fascinating history right there on-site—such a unique experience! From there, we headed to La Parguera for delicious fish tacos (seriously, don’t skip them!), then boarded Captain Jack’s boat for the real magic. Captain Jack was knowledgeable, funny, and made sure we had the best views at the sandbar for the sunset and later, in the bioluminescent bay. Swimming in glowing water under the stars was absolutely surreal—and they even helped us get great photos to remember it by. I felt completely safe the entire time and truly cared for as a solo traveler. This tour went above and beyond. It’s an absolute must-do when visiting Puerto Rico!

Do it!

Absolutely loved this excursion. The mini boats are a lot of fun and it’s nice to have your own and not be crowded with strangers. They do take a little getting used to. Some of the people on our tour struggled at first. But it’s totally worth it! The snorkeling is great as is the stop at Cayo Icacos, and our guide Jose was fantastic!
