Fabio was an amazing...
Fabio was an amazing guide and we loved how knowledgeable he is. We had the cenotes to ourselves which was absolutely magical! We were able to take our time in each and have opportunities to take photos throughout. The meal afterwards was delicious and it was a highlight of our trip. Just book with Fabio and have an amazing time!

Best tour guide we ever had!
David was an amazing travel guide. Informative, flexible, friendly, answered our questions, helped my disabled husband get to the cenote, listened to our needs, gave local advice, and was the best tour guide we have ever had. Would book again with Kay or David!

Chichen Itza private tour
We had a private tour with Josh. He was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable and welcome right off the bat. He was good with both of our kids and our 8 year old daughter loved him. Also our tour guide at Chichen Itza, Ebert was great as well. Swimming in the cenote was refreshing and the lunch afterwards, was the best of our entire trip to Mexico! Definitely recommend for your friends and family.

Loved it!
Our guide Otto was awesome! We had such a fun time on this experience and were glad we took part in it on our vacation. The ruins were really neat to see (and so close to the city!) Swimming in the cenote (even though it was cold) was a very unique experience we were glad we got to partake in. Witnessing what nature can create is so cool. The sea turtles! This activity went by so fast!
Overall, definately would recommend!

Paradise Island, But Better Communication Needed
We visited Isla Contoy, and the island itself was absolutely stunning. It was a beautiful and unforgettable experience for us – everything was breathtaking and well preserved. The natural environment is truly special.
However, it is important to mention that nothing can be purchased on the island. Unfortunately, this information was not clearly communicated to us in advance, so we were not prepared for the fact that we would not have access to water or any other drinks for several hours. We fully understand and respect the environmental protection rules, including the ban on bringing plastic to the island. However, if we had been properly informed beforehand that plastic bottles are not allowed, we would have brought reusable water bottles with us.
The lunch was fantastic – delicious local flavors, and we had the chance to try new dishes, which we really enjoyed. We received food and drinks during lunch, but we were not allowed to take any liquids with us afterward due to the no-plastic policy.
Overall, the staff was kind, friendly, and helpful.
With clearer communication in advance regarding the no-plastic policy and the lack of purchasing options, the experience would have been perfect.

Really glad we did this...
Really glad we did this tour! It felt like it was off the tourist-heavy path, and I'm not sure we would have found the places our guide, Diego, took us to without the tour. Diego was fantastic a guide - he brought a white corn tamale with him for the group to try, and it was one of the best things we ate on the whole trip. We had excellent quesadillas, tacos, aguas frescas, and fresh fruit from a market. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had...
My husband and I had traveled to Tulum and Coba 15 years ago without a tour guide and kids but this time, since we wanted our kids to have the experience we went with the Viator tour. It was one of the only tours that combined the two locations plus a cenote and was affordable. Our tour guide was Herlan. He was an amazing teacher and storyteller and made the experience even better than our first trip there because we learned so much! Tulum was beautiful, Coba was really interesting and the kids liked being able to bike to the sites. The cenote was an added bonus. My daughter loved jumping in from the 10-15 foot above. Thank your Herlan for making this a very special and memorable trip!

Best Excursion Ever
I have traveled a lot and done a lot of excursions and this was by far the best. Our guide was extremely knowledgable, fun, and empathetic to my fear of heights - but I conquered that!!! I especially like the cenote and special lunch. I would recommend packing protein bars or snacks as it is a long day and the climbing of Hoba will take it out of you. Highly highly recommend this excursion. It’s the best!!

The research paid off and...
The research paid off and this was by far the best price for the experience we received. Lots of things to see and do. It felt a bit rushed at each place. The buffet was all you can eat so long as you can eat your fill in about a 20 minute period…including standing in the line. It almost felt too much included in the trip. But our guide Lalo was fantastic and he gave us the history and background of the places we were visiting to help bring our experience into a better context. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip.

Great trip, moving fast to the top spots!
Great trip. It was hard to find a trip from Puerto Morelos that coveres both Chitzen Itza and Coba but this one was terrific. We’ve been to all the places as first guests, without any waiting. Our guide takes great photos! Group consisted of 10 people, 2 guides (English and Spanish). Our 7 year old son is happy, no one was exhausted. Highly recommended!

Chichén Itzá Experience
Great experience! Get to do many activities and will take the majority of your day but it’s definitely worth it. Many places do accept credit card but suggest you take cash just in case. They give you time to explore but don’t stay in one place too long because time flies when you’re exploring. Make sure you try the tequila and hot chocolate they have both taste really good and will have you feeling right!

Great for families with kiddos!
Perfect tour for our family of four with 2 seven year old girls. So many of the tours of 12hrs worried me…we know that’s a long day for kiddos. This tour was just the right length - 6 hours from pickup to drop off. We did wish the cenote time was 30mins or so longer but not a huge deal. The box lunch was great especially for the kids and was nice to not have to think about food - eating on the bus from the ruins to the cenote was perfect. Our guide Gama was wonderful, and so too was our driver Ernesto. Made the day smooth with some laughs along the way. The additional charge for the entry was payable by cash or card which was helpful. Bring your own towels for sure, and there are free lockers to use while enjoying the cenote. Recommended!
