Excellent experience. Heriberto was friendly and very knowledgeable about Tulum, Mayan culture, and the local area. Driver was great and stayed with the van the entire time while Heriberto led the tour. They were patient and flexible, and we were never pressured for time in any way. It felt like we could have spent much longer at each location, but we were organically finished in about six hours as advertised. Would recommend without hesitation!

Great tour for our group of teens and parents. Our guide was wonderful! Shared a lot of interesting information about Tulum and the cenotes.

We did not have ideal weather but we enjoyed both the ruins and the cenotes. We would have liked more guidance and story telling with our sights. Our guide was punctual and kind but not an historian.
Remember water shoes and towel. Only non disposables are allowed at the ruins so bring your water bottle not plastics. Your bags will be checked. The sights are well worth biding. Cenotes as well. We would reccomend this tour

We were blessed to be paired with Juan as our guide, a semi-retired archeologist, author, artist, world-traveler and amazing human being. He made my and my girlfriend feel welcomed and infinite knowledge to share from his experience living in the area most of his life.
Our trip started early at Tulum. We arrived a few minutes after opening snd had the entire site to ourselves most of the time. Everyone knew and was friends with Juan. By the end as we were leaving there were large crowds and groups with crying babies lining up which we were happy to avoid.
Same story with the centos. One was in an unreal cave with crystal clear waters. The other an out door open air with diving platforms.
In both cases the snorkeling was very fun but my personal favorite was the cave. Juan is an underwater cave diver so he has great experience and it was nice of him to show us all the secret spots.
Overall an unforgettable private experience. Juan also took dozens and dozens of photos and videos of us in all the best spots to help us remember for years to come. Thank you Juan!

The highlight of our trip. Juan was fantastic, very knowledgeable and accommodating. We enjoyed 3 wonderful stops with no waiting and Juan took many pictures and videos for us to cherish. Highly recommend.

Our guide Isaac picked us up early in a private vehicle to take us to Tulum. Because we were early we beat the crowds and the hottest part of the day. Tulum was incredible and having Isaac as our guide to explain the history and culture was brilliant. We also arrived early to the underwater caves and even had the outdoor spring all to ourselves before any other tour groups arrived. Nothing was too much trouble for Isaac and he took photos for us all day before driving us back to our hotel. Highly recommend this tour of such a beautiful area and thank you Isaac for making it such a memorable part of our vacation.

Abraham was a superb guide - extremely kind, knowledgeable, and professional. The our half-day private tour felt very well paced; we covered a lot of ground in a short time without feeling rushed. My husband was recovering from food poisoning that day and Abraham was very flexible about creating more space for rest during activities. The whole tour was great but snorkeling in the underground cenote was a real highlight - honestly one of the most amazing natural experiences I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to avoid the crowds and get a taste of the Mayan Rivera outside of resort land!

Abraham was our tour guide, it was an excellent experience with the knowledge that he had with the ruins and the cenotes. We enjoyed everything about the tour. You are very lucky to have him working for you!

Beautiful morning with our guide Oscar. He came to pick us up with a clean car. We started on time. Was super friendly with an excellent English. First he took us to see the Maya city in tulum afterwards went snorkeling in a cenote and then wen ended with a nice swim at the lagoon. He drive us back exactly at the planned time! went there with our 4kids, who enjoyed the entire day trip Tnx to our great guide!

Heriberto was a great tour guide. Very informative and very nice. Great time and awesome cenotes. Took us to a great place for lunch.

Heber, our guide, was amazing! His passion for Mexico & its history was amazing! He explained the creation of the Mayan culture & how it played out in all aspects of life in ancient Tulum. We loved hearing his insights & stories. We asked a lot of questions & he answered them all & more. Go early in the morning because it gets really hot as the day wears on. The cenotes were really fun & relaxing!

Arnie was our tour guide and he was fabulous! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. My mother had a bad knee and he had no problem stopping so she could rest and made sure she was okay throughout the whole trip. He took us to an amazing restaurant after the tour and was very outgoing. The Tulum ruins were beautiful and the first cenote was much cooler than the second. Overall amazing trip we felt safe, accommodated and educated. An experience you should not miss!

Our guide Israel did a fantastic job with our tour! He was patient and so incredibly knowledgeable. We loved the cenotes and learning about the culture in general! Highly recommend!

Heriberto our tour guide was AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable of archeological site and Mayan culture! We enjoyed our time exploring the two cenotes and he even recommended an incredible Mayan taco pace!
Dorene_F, Apr 2024
The ruins were fascinating and the Cenotes were stunning. Much more fun and beautiful than we imagined.
Barbara_M, Apr 2024
We had an amazing day with Isaac. He did a fantastic job balancing information and the interest level of the kids. The visit to the ruins was perfect. The snorkeling in the cenotes is an experience no one should miss!

The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We also enjoyed going early to avoid the crowds. It was a wonderful experience.

Great tour! Our guide, Eric, was wonderful and very knowledgable. Got to the ruins early enough to beat the crowds and the cenotes were beautiful. Definitely recommend!

Israel was an amazing tour guide! I'm so happy we did a private tour instead of a large group tour. Our guide was knowledgeable in Mayan culture, and gave us plenty of time to explore Tulum at our own pace. Israel really helped us get the kids in the cenote, they were hesitant at first! Vehicle was comfortable and had air conditioning, which was also great for the kids! Excellent tour! Would 100% recommend! And definitely go early, we had zero crowds. The 7 am starting time was perfect. Thank you Israel!
MATT_B, Mar 2024
Our tour guide, Jonny, was awesome!!! He had a wealth of knowledge about the present and history of the Mayan culture. We were at the ruins right at opening, which allowed us to explore with very few other people. The cenotes were a great break from the mid-morning heat. We had lunch at a local taco spot which was phenomenal. Snorkeling in the cenote cave was amazing. We were the only group there which made the experience very private. We will all be talking about the entire experience for a very long time.

Issac was a great guide who had passion for Tullum. The first underground cave and his lunch spot were great

We had an amazing trip! Well worth the money! Heber was our tour guide and he was incredible! He was on time picking us up, the vehicle was clean and comfortable! Heber was incredibly knowledgeable and we learned so much from him! He told us where to stand for perfect pictures and knew where to go to avoid crowds. The service of this trip was above and behind. Highly highly recommend this trip.

We booked a private tour for four of us to Tulumn .Our guide Israel was on time and very knowledgeable about the history of the Mayan people and the Yucatán peninsula. We had a fun, interesting time visiting the ruins. He also took us to two different cenotes. One was above ground and that was ok but the second one was in a cave and we swam with flashlights in the dark. It was the highlight of our trip! Afterwards he took us to local restaurant for seafood tacos. We treated him to lunch and met another local guide. I would recommend taking water shoes as the rocks in the cave can be a bit rough on the feet. Booking a private tour allowed us to beat the crowds and we had a much more personal experience as the cenotes he took us to were smaller and there were not a lot of people. Side note; his playlist in the air conditioned van was awesome!

What a great tour! The guides Carlos & Israel were wonderful & very knowledgeable. Got to Tulum Ruins prior to the major heat & huge crowds then a great experience in the refreshing cenotes. Got a lot of information on the area & cenotes would definitely recommend this tour! Amazing.

We didn't really know what to expect with the cenote tour but it was cooler than we expected! My 10 year old gets scared easily and is very anxious. I was shocked that she was willing to shimmy through some small areas of the cave. I attribute her surprising confidence in part to our tour guide, Isaac. He was friendly and knowledgeable as well as calm and confident. The second cenote wasn't as impressive but gave us some time to relax and swim around after an exciting adventure.
It was worth it to take the private tour. We walked right in to see the ruins in Tulum and when we came out there were hundreds of people waiting in line in the hot sun.
One suggestion for guests- I really wish we'd brought water shoes! The cave is hard to walk on bare foot

Do yourself a favor and book this tour. Our tour guide, Miguel, was fantastic. His warmth and insight allowed us to optimally experience this truly wonderful day. I would highly recommend requesting Miguel. Truly worth it!

My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience with Oscar and Jose Manuel. They picked us up on time at our hotel and got us to Tulum before the crowds. Both soooe excellent English, Oscar was training with Jose as his mentor but you’d have never known it because Oscar already seemed like an old pro. Oscar had a wealth of knowledge about the ruins and also took some great pics for us. When we were leaving there was a line of hundreds of people waiting to get in (this is where the private tour paid off immediately over the tour bus group tours that have to go to multiple resorts to pick people up and show up an hour later). Next we went to an underground cenote that was simply amazing, and not crowded where we were able to swim and snorkel. We finished at an outdoor cenote that was very clean and not crowded at all (there were a couple people when we go there, but we had it to ourselves after they left). Overall an excellent experience.
