We were traveling with friends and our kids (and their kids). Kids ages ranged from 11-15. This tour is a great way to get the kids engaged, to schedule physical activity, to learn some history of the area, to get some delicious food and wine, and to get authentic time with a local. Wonderful experience, highly recommend. You get who you get, but we loved Juliette. And I’m a poet and didn’t know it.

This being my second time in Paris and my husband’s first Montemarte was new for both of us! Julie made this experience far better than we could’ve ever imagined so much so that we went back for our last night. Every spot she chose to share with our group was phenomenal. The food savory and sweet was beyond delicious. She taught us the history while helping us fall in love with the food and wine more than we already were. The freshness alone makes me look forward to my next trip back. I will miss the butter, the croissants, the chocolate and the cheeses. Thank you so much, Julie. Enjoyable and excellent food!

We had a nice time and the food was very good, particularly the beef Bourgogne which was melt in your mouth wonderful! Our guide did a nice job of introducing us to the Marais. Only issue was that certain things were closed due to the holiday. That should e indicated in the tour description. We would have selected a different day.

Sweets and history with Etienne

This was a marvelous experience with a passionate advocate for Paris. Étienne was actually born and raised in the Saint-Germane district and knows its history first hand. We not only tasted marvelous desserts but had a thoughtful and interesting history lesson of the area and Paris in general. All the various desserts were so good that my wife could help herself but bought goodies for gifts from all but one of the shops. We highly recommend Etienne as your tour guide for the sweet side of Paris.

Salma was an excellent guide. She was so excited about sharing her wonderful city of Paris. We visited several small family owned businesses with amazing food and really got a local’s perspective. Warm, friendly, and genuinely passionate, she made the experience feel special from the start and clearly loves sharing Paris with others. As it turned out, one person didn’t show up, so my friends and I ended up having a private tour. That made it even more memorable and personal. By the end, it felt like we’d spent the day with a friend rather than a guide—we shared stories, laughed, and really connected. Every food stop along the way was delicious, and the dinner was a highlight. Everything was thoughtfully chosen and beautifully presented.
