They were GREAT and SO accommodating. My flight was VERY delayed, 7hrs to be exact. So, we landed after midnight as opposed to 5pm. They held a druver over to be able to pick us up after hours to deliver us safely to our hotel. I was so at ease arriving with my daughter and NOT worrying sbout fighting through the "TAXI" lanes.

Driver arrived early at our hotel and waited for us to be ready at the specified pickup time. She was courteous, spoke English and a very safe driver. Once we arrived at the cruise terminal, there was a mixup with the cruise ship location and she offered to take us to the new location. We declined the offer and had the cruise company take care of getting us to the new location for the cruise ship.

We had never used car service in Panama so we’re concerned about the logistics. After a long trek to terminal 2, we received a What’s App call from our driver, Moises. His easy and helpful manner got us to our hotel quickly. He was better than we could have hoped!

We started the day with Eddie, our guide, who picked us (and our luggage) up at the hotel. We toured Old Town and visited a museum with indigenous stitched artwork called Mola. So beautiful! Then we toured the Miraflores locks where we saw the Imax movie about the construction of the canal. After that, we embarked on our ship and settled in for our cruise. It was a fabulous day! We especially appreciated the flexibility of this tour, and we were able to do all of the activities that we wanted.

This was a good choice. It was so good to exit the airport and see your name printed with your ride already waiting. The vehicle was big and spacious and we drove comfortably with air conditioning. Our driver got us to our destination safely and especially quick.

This was a great company to work with from start to finish. I made the mistake of booking the wrong day, but they were fast to respond and make adjustments. This is my 'go to' transportation company. Drivers were great, cars clean, and I always felt safe! Gracias!

Our tour with Mr. Alonso was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. He picked us up right on time, and although the drive to our first stop—the Agua Clara Locks, part of the Panama Canal expansion—was about an hour, the ride flew by thanks to Alonso’s deep knowledge and fascinating storytelling. He gave us a rich, detailed history of Panama and the Panama Canal, helping us truly understand its importance and impact. He made sure we had the best view and timing to see a massive ship go through the canal process and explained every step clearly. He even helped us take some amazing photos along the way. After the canal visit, we went on a wildlife safari, where we spotted birds and other native animals, followed by a visit to San Lorenzo Fort, where Alonso again impressed us with his knowledge of the region's colonial and military history. This tour gave us such a comprehensive, meaningful experience—much better than just visiting the usual canal viewing spots. I’m so glad we booked with Alonso. Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to really understand Panama beyond the surface!

We were ready an hour earlier than scheduled and they were already there waiting. Very kind, helped us with our luggage, responded to our texts and the shuttle was very comfortable. I was nervous traveling to Panama for the first time and they really made a lovely impression on us. 10/10 recommend. Great experience!!
