What are people saying about Osaka

Fun food tour!
Tony was our guide for the night. He shared a brief history about Osaka before starting the tour. The first stop offered kushikatsu, fried food in a stick. Tony was very engaging with the entire group during dinner. Next we stopped for takoyaki, which we all agreed was the best we had yet! The tour walked took us through Dotonbori and Shinsekai. We also went to a shrine down a beautiful alley which we would not have seen without the tour. Our last food offering was at a restaurant serving okonomiyaki. Everything was so good!
The tour price included all our food and drinks.
We enjoyed our time with Tony immensely!

Very memorable tour!
We loved our guided day tour of Kyoto with Riku. We focused on the most well known temples and shrines, and we were able to see a lot more in one day thanks to our guide’s local knowledge of how to move around in the city. He was very knowledgeable about the sites as well as Japanese history, his English is great, and he also had great local food and coffee shop recommendations. Highly recommend!

Well-conducted tour of Hiroshima/Miyajima, all logistics handled perfectly
Everything was as promised and went as planned. There were people to meet us in Osaka at the Shinkansen station to give us tickets, and also accompanied us to the platform and made sure we got on the right train.
Then the HIS guide was waiting to meet us as soon as we got off the bullet train in Hiroshima. Her name was Minori, and she did a highly adequate job of taking care of us until we boarded the bullet train back to Osaka in the evening. She first took us to the Hiroshima Peace Park and Museum by bus for the rest of the morning. We then had a really nice lunch in a restaurant overlooking Miyajima island. They provided us with with an okonimayake menu, a local speciality, which was delicious. The afternoon was in Miyajima island, a visit to the amazing shrine with the enormous Torii gate on the beach. It was low tide when we went, and so we could walk all the way out to the gate.
We got back to the Hiroshima station about 30-45 mins earlier than expected, and the guide helped not only us, but several others, get on an earlier train back to Osaka. The service provided throughout the trip was amazing and much appreciated.

Fantastic day trip!
Lee is great - keeps a very large group organized but in a fun way! The stops were perfect, with just about enough time at each spot - would like to have had a bit more time at Amanohashidate but that’s no reflection on Lee! This was one of my most favorite days so far here in Japan! Thank you!!!

Good introduction to Osaka
Your does not go into the Castle. Brian was a very good guide explained things clearly, very helpful with getting around Osaka by train. Great view points outside Castle and in the highrise. Guided tour to fish market which would have been very
difficult on our own.

Wonderful guide
Our guide was wonderful. Showed us the train system - didn’t work as we still got lost but not her fault. Visited the shrines on our list and she was so informative and interestingly. It was a long tiring day but worth it and she stopped regularly for drinks and lunch. Particularly loved the wee cafe she stopped at in the afternoon for tea and cake. All costs included which was a surprise.

An unforgettable, authentic home-cooking experience!
We had the most wonderful time with Yayo in Osaka! From the moment we met her at the arranged spot on time, we knew we were in for a treat. She took us to her lovely home, where she welcomed us warmly.
We learned to make authentic miso soup from scratch, alongside delicious okonomiyaki and rolled omelets. Yayo was a delight—her explanations were clear, and she shared lovely stories about her mom that made the experience truly special. We finished with a lovely matcha. If you want a genuine, heartwarming Japanese cooking experience, Yayo is the best!

Come Hungry—Kai Will Take Care of the Rest
We had such an amazing time on our Osaka food tour with Kai—she absolutely deserves 5 stars!
She guided us through the Dotonbori district and made the whole experience feel fun, relaxed, and really personalized. My husband loved the takoyaki, and I’m still thinking about the matcha crepe she introduced us to—it was so good! My parents especially enjoyed trying all the different small bites along the way, which made it a great experience for our whole group.
One of the things we appreciated most was how much we learned. Kai explained the different types of miso and shared little details about the food and culture that we wouldn’t have picked up on our own.
Kai was kind, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Osaka!

Incredible and FUNNNNNN!!
What a great time! The go carts can go 60 kph/37 mph as you are zipping through shoppings areas, neighborhoods and popular spots! The guide always makes sure the group stays together and gives clear directions so that was helpful. TIP: the hood of the costume kept flying off my head from the speed, but wear a jacket with a stand up collar and you can tuck the hood down into it so it'll stay on your head the entire time! So many on lookers were watching and taking pics of us! So much fun I can't recommend enough! Also: I would recommend the extra insurance they offer. It's 1000 jpy/$6-ish USD and it's well worth it. There are bikers in the roads, cars parked on the narrow side streets you have to maneuver around, and it's just peace of mind in case anything happens for such a small extra price. 1000% recommend this fun activity!!

Great guide, great experience!
Had a great time with Erik our guide. My husband and I are older but love to bike, we requested e-bikes (because we weren’t sure about the terrain) and the tour was a breeze! We tried great food and had a relaxed day cycling thru Osaka!! He showed us hidden gems throughout the tour! Would definitively recommend this experience.

Smooth right to Osaka Airport!
After a week of navigating the bustling public transportation system in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka, we were truly grateful for the seamless and comfortable transfer to Osaka Airport provided by this company. They reached out to us days in advance to confirm our travel details, which added an extra layer of reassurance. Our driver arrived early, assisting us in finding a convenient and safe pickup spot near our hotel.
The journey to the airport was smooth and relaxing, allowing us to unwind after our busy week of exploration. We wholeheartedly recommend this service to anyone traveling from their hotel to Osaka Airport—it was a stress-free and pleasant experience!

Highly recommend this...
Highly recommend this tour - it was well organized and my tour guide is considerate and love sharing all things Japanese with me. I have learned a lot and it’s a a good experience getting to talk to a local through this opportunity. I really wouldn’t have gathered this much information if I go myself
