Top Nice Day Trips

Our driver Nicole was excellent! She knew the best routes to drive to get around traffic, avoid lines at entrances and the best Italian restaurant for lunch. We thoroughly enjoyed our long day. Only complaint is the van was really cramped for room. Other than that, it was great!

If I could give this tour a “5+” rating, I would! Cyrill was a welcoming and wonderful guide who introduced and explained the fascinating history and culture of Nice and its connections to the Alps. He also introduced us to the warm and hospitable people in the villages that we visited. An unforgettable experience!

Exceptional tour with a very knowledgable guide. Peter made our day relaxed and enjoyable. Tastings were delicious with plenty of variety. The small group of eight was perfect and the lunch spot in a tiny town in Provence was unique and very good food. I would highly recommend this tour if you are in Nice.

This tour was a wonderful way to see the area around Nice. The speaker provided great information/details about the area and included not only history but also some 'scoops' (like the celebrity homes in the area). Lucky for us, the weather was beautiful and the winds calm on the day we were there.

Our small group tour (4 in our party and another party of 2) with Golden Keys Tours was a true highlight of our trip to Nice. From the moment Moumen picked us up at our apartment in a clean and comfortable Mercedes van, we knew we were in excellent hands. We began with breathtaking views of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, then explored the charming hilltop village of Èze, including the remarkable gardens with panoramic views. The perfume factory tour was fascinating and offered a glimpse into artisanal fragrance production. In Monaco, we toured the old city, admired the Oceanographic Institute, strolled through Monte Carlo’s Place du Casino, and even drove the Grand Prix route. The mix of stunning scenery, cultural insights, and unhurried pace made this a perfect Côte d’Azur experience. We would wholeheartedly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the French Riviera—it truly exceeded every expectation.
