This was a really fun tour! Our guide, Edwin, was very knowledgeable about the regional wines and agriculture. The vineyards we visited were beautiful. We felt welcomed, enjoyed delicious wines, and had a relaxing day seeing the beauty of Provence.

Beautiful day in the vineyards. Our guide Peter was very knowledgeable about the wine making process and wine tasting. We visited a fantastic variety of vineyards and tasted some wonderful wines. Would highly recommend this tour to friends and family in the future.

Firstly, our host/guide, Peter, was excellent. In addition to his broad general knowledge of wine, he is intimately familiar with the Provençe, and obviously has a great relationship with the wineries that we visited (Chateau Saint-Martin, Château Clarettes, Château Font du Broc), knowing their histories and blending in with their employees as if one of them. Additionally, he is very easy to speak to and treats every guest/tourist with respect, inviting questions and displaying interest in everybody's (eight in total) background. The wines speak for themselves, and they were all very good, but a good guide adds so much to the experience.

Great Day Long Wine Tour from Nice

This was a fabulous day long wine tasting and winery tour in Provence from our cruise ship docked in Nice. Only 8 of us. Edwin was a great driver/guide. He had excellent knowledge, was personable and took great care of us. The pick up was right on time and the drop off was 8 hours later. The Mercedes van was spotless. Edwin had water for any of us that wanted water. The 3 wineries we visited were all different. The wines were very nice. We highly recommend Edwin and this tour.

An exceptional experience

Edwin is a very experienced guide and he knows wine very well. Altogether our group tried out 17 wine from three winery. It was amazing. The restaruant Edwin took us to was really good. Everybody had a good time for the whole day.

Exceptional tour with a very knowledgable guide. Peter made our day relaxed and enjoyable. Tastings were delicious with plenty of variety. The small group of eight was perfect and the lunch spot in a tiny town in Provence was unique and very good food. I would highly recommend this tour if you are in Nice.

Edwin is a great tour guide! He really knows a lot about wine and how it’s made, he will answer every question you have. He is really funny too! You get to go to three different styles of winery and learn how they are made and stored. I really loved it and would absolutely do it again, we met some great people in the tour as well in which we all became friends.

Beautiful day led by the exceptional Milene. This full day tour was excellent from start to finish. We departed promptly with our small group of 7 + Milene, our tour guide. Milene expertly guided us through 3 beautiful wineries and made a lovely suggestion for our lunch. A great day in the French countryside

Beautiful day in the French countryside. Our guide Peter was extremely knowledgeable and I enjoyed his relaxed and unpretentious approach to teaching us all about French wines. I learned a lot and loved visiting the beautiful wineries and countryside. Lunch at a local restaurant in a small French village was delicious too (price not included in tour). A additional unexpected benefit is we received lots of tips for driving on the motorways (tolls etc) as we were renting a car the next day. Thank you Peter! I highly recommend this tour.

Edwin was a knowledgeable, friendly, and excellent guide! We visited 3 vineyards that were in the same area but all quite different, which was wonderful. The wine was very good, and Edwin was a superb teacher, allowing us to experience the beautiful setting and excellent wine without pretentiousness. Highly recommend!

Amazing full day touring beautiful wineries in Provence! Each had a personal story and great wines! Our guide Andrea was terrific educating us like the sommelier he is😇. He is also a very safe driver which is a plus on these crazy roads! Worth every dollar!

Cedric was AMAZING! Very knowledgable and patient with any questions! The wineries we visited had great wines and were beautiful! You could buy wine to take with you as well. We had a great time. They definitely do not skimp on the size of the pours! Well worth it and we’d recommend it!!

Lovely day in the countryside. Our guide Cedrick was excellent and very knowledgeable about winemaking and the history of wine. Wonderful host. Small group made it very enjoyable. The lunch venue was gorgeous but was very expensive and the food was not great. The vineyards were lovely. Overall great experience.

What a great day! We were picked up by Frank who has worked in wine production for over 30 years. He proceeded to drive us to three vineyards where we had tastings at each while he explained the process of wine production and harvesting. It was an incredible day and one I will probably do again in my next visit. The wealth of information that you get on this tour is impressive as well as the amount of wine you get the chance to taste. Although they have gift shops at the end you never feel pressure to buy anything but rather you feel like you want to due to the quality of the products produced. Hands down a great tour that is well worth its price.

Great tour guide, Meline was very knowledgeable and personable. We especially enjoyed the fist winery stop. Lunch at a nearby village was less spectacular, but the wines we sampled at all three vineyards were very good.

This was an awesome wine tour! Cedric was a great host who was very knowledgeable about the region and the vineyards that we went to. Lunch in a little village in the mountains was something I would never do without a local guide to bring us there. You did sit as a group at lunch but pay individually for ease of logistics. Our tour group was running behind due to some logistical issues from other members of the tour group and instead of cutting it short, Cedric asked if we could stay out later. With everyone confirming we could, we stayed at the last vineyard to get the full experience and returned to Nice upon completion. I would recommend this tour to anyone!

My favorite tour in Nice!

What a fabulous day spent driving around the French countryside and tasting some of the best wine I’ve ever had. Cedric was our guide and he was amazing. He comfortably drove us to each destination and expertly guided us through each tasting. He gave us really insightful background on the culture of winemaking in the region and how the unique philosophy of every winery shaped their vintages. You get to taste a lot of wine, they do not skimp on quality or quantity! There is some travel time between each stop so I think it’s well paced to avoid getting too tipsy. But along the way, we tasted some wonderful wines, especially whites and rosés. Cedric also provided some really helpful insights on how to pick and pair wines; it was clear that he really knew his stuff. The lunch was also wonderful. We went to a beautiful upscale restaurant that had flavorful dishes for an affordable price. As the day goes on, we got more relaxed and enjoy the experience more and more. You also get the opportunity to buy and order the wines, which is great because there were definitely ones I wanted for my collection. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would recommend if you want a break from the city and to spend a relaxing day in the countryside. I would definitely go back just to do this tour again!

This was our most favoured tour. Peter was so knowledgeable about the wines and the region. We didn’t feel rushed, it was all fine at a nice pace. I would definitely recommend this tour and hopefully you are lucky enough to get Peter. By the way, we loved where we stopped for lunch.
