Best all round experience!

Abdellatif was a terrific guide, very helpful and friendly. We were picked up 5 mins away from koutoubia mosque, had a little pitstop on the way to the excursion where we were offered tea, bread, and various spreads. Arrived to the site of the activities, with plenty of cold soft drinks (20dh a can), seating and a pool. Camel ride was nice but very short. Quad biking was the main highlight, but we had to make it clear we wanted single quads as the norm is 2 people per quadbike. rounding up the day with dinner (Chicken Tagine) and a family friendly show with local music and a fireshow. Would definitely recommend and if partnered with Abdellatif as your tour guide, youre in safe hands.

We did a private tour with our superb guide Sofyan. Sofyan was very knowledgeable and made our tour very enjoyable. The stops for breakfast and another at the river for coffee were both good. Our hike was very interesting. To see how the Berbers live in the mountains was incredible! We learnt a lot and Sofyan even tried to teach us some Arabic and Berber! Lunch was amazing with local ladies cooking and wonderful views of the mountain! Would recommend.

The absolute highlight of the trip, without a doubt, was my driver and guide, Reda. Traveling alone can sometimes feel less engaging, but Reda completely changed that. He didn't just drive me around; he took it upon himself to give me a phenomenal, personalized tour of the city. He was incredibly generous with his time and knowledge, sharing fascinating stories about the history and culture of Casablanca and Morocco. Reda truly went above and beyond to make sure my day was perfect. He even took the initiative to bring me to a spectacular, 100% authentic Moroccan restaurant for lunch that I never would have found on my own. His energy, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made all the difference. If you are visiting Casablanca, do yourself a favor and request Reda—he is a superstar!

Brilliant day out

We had a great experience on this tour, with our guide Ismail. The stops along the way were great, especially the argan oil cooperative, but the main event was the short hike up to the waterfalls. The mountains are beautiful, and our lunch by the river was great. Definitely need good shoes, and be prepared for lots of other visitors on the path up and down to the waterfalls. But overall a brilliant experience!

This is truly a magical experience! A bucket list for my family and I and it didn’t disappoint! Such a peaceful chilled experience. The views were amazing! Anyone not sure on heights let me reassure you, it feels like you are floating! The tour was so well organised as well. Pick up was bang on time. A lovely coffee and off we went to the balloon launch site. A very well oiled machine. Breakfast after was great, just what we needed after our early get up 👍 I would recommend this experience without reservation and we are so glad we did it!

Fantastic experience!...

Fantastic experience! Glad we chose this company over the many others offering balloon rides. The take off site is some way away from the others which from we where looked like they were all crammed close together. We were first up in the air and were able to watch all of the others rise. The take off location offers views of the other balloons in the middle distance, the mountains in the far distance and the sun rising from behind them which made for great photographs. We had tea and cake on arrival and a huge breakfast afterwards, would definitely do this again and recommend it to anyone.

We had such a nice time...

We had such a nice time during this tour. Everything felt simple and authentic in a good way. Said Nkob always checked if everyone was okay and Salah drove very carefully throughout the journey. My favorite moment was probably just sitting on the dunes and enjoying the silence of the desert. The experiences were absolutely amazing and felt out of a dream. I would recommend this trip tk anyone looking for an amazing adventure!

I had an amazing hot air balloon ride today, and our guide Lena made the experience truly unforgettable. She was incredibly friendly, funny, and created a relaxed, positive atmosphere for everyone in the group. From the very beginning she made sure everyone felt comfortable and included, and she paid attention to every single person. Lena explained everything clearly, kept the mood light with her great sense of humor, and made the whole experience even more special. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests and wants everyone to have a fantastic time. Thank you, Lena, for such a wonderful experience. This was a fantastic experience. The pick up and drop off were on time and easy. The transfer was around an hour including picking up from other collection points. The staff were very welcoming and explained everything about the site and what to expect for the evening on our arrival. The tent was clean, comfortable and cosy. The location was beautiful and it's nice to be in the pool looking out towards the mountains. The sunset was just before dinner and was incredible to watch. The evening entertainment was so good, it had everyone up on their feet and involved in the entertainment. The food was also really good. Following the dinner we sat around a camp fire and listened to a singer and guitar under the stars which was lovely. We would recommend this to anyone whilst here it really was 10/10.

A trip of a lifetime! Definitely do this.

What an amazing experience! I definitely recommend this experience it was truely once in a lifetime. The journey was long but definitely worth it. You get to see so much on the way there and the desert is so beautiful. You feel like you are in a postcard. If you can do this experience, you have too. We had a wonderful guide, Younes. He was very informative and helpful, pretty sure he knows everyone in Morocco, he’s so friendly. We chose to do the luxury experience as it gave us our own tent and bathroom, great for if you get sand everywhere (in a sand storm). And the food for the whole experience was great! Very filling. There are plenty of opportunities to buy things, which are worth your time, unique items made only in those places. And you get to see the prettiest places. 11/10, would absolutely do again!!
