Great Tour, No Experience Needed

We had such a great time with Carlos as our guide on our Segway Tour. We had a party of 3 and we came in on a cruise ship for the day. The meeting place instructions were clear and Carlos did a good job at instructing us how to use the segway. Don’t feel you need to have experience on a segway to do this tour. Carlos did a great job getting us comfortable on them before heading out. Carlos was very knowledgeable about the area and surrounding buildings. We got an Uber to the location and ended up walking back to the cruise terminal since we wanted to see the city. Would highly recommend!

Amazing views

Driver was very friendly taking our pictures and showed us a lot of scenic views and gave us interesting facts. The hotel infinity pool was nice overlooking the beach but I wish we could have stopped somewhere authentic to eat instead of eating at the hotel.

It’s exactly what you would expect. A long, relaxing day in the pool of a beautiful resort, with very easy access to the ocean below the infinity pool. It was quiet and beautiful. I do wish the bartenders were a little more friendly and attentive. The nachos and fish tacos were delicious.

The ranch operates their own excursion agency and transportation, so they provide flexible times that make it convenient and less crowded. The tasting doesn't provide any real value. Nevertheless, their value is excellent when you consider you get access to the beach and back trail with a warm meal afterwards. Timing is also we'll paced. Expect 1 hr spent traveling back and forth. A bit over an hour for the horse ride and the rest is meal time. We recommend the horse ride to enjoy the peaceful sound of waves on the beach and birds in the trail. The horses are well behaved and easier to handle because they are on the smaller side. However, this is not a 10 min ride around the block. Otherwise, their Honda ATVs look fine too. I appreciated most being away from the 'zona dorada' in a working ranch close to Mexican flora and fauna.

The Highlight of My Birthday Trip!

This experience was truly the highlight of my birthday trip! My boyfriend and I went in June, and everything from start to finish was amazing. They picked us up right from our hotel lobby and dropped us off afterward, which took all the stress out of transportation. Our driver was super friendly and talkative, which started the day off perfectly. I was a little nervous at first, but our guide made me feel completely safe, always looking back and checking on us. It was just my boyfriend and me on the tour, which made it feel extra special. Riding along the beach was absolutely beautiful—the views alone made the experience unforgettable! Lunch was delicious: machaca tacos, a special cheese dish with tequila poured over it, and probably the best papaya agua fresca I’ve ever had! Then came the tequila tasting, and let’s just say…we went home with two bottles. 😂 The staff was so welcoming and informative, explaining how the tequila is made and patiently answering our 100 questions. The customer service was top-notch, and even the souvenirs we brought home are something I’ll cherish. A special gracias to Héctor, Beto, Armando, and Roberto for making my birthday experience so memorable. ❤️ I would 100% recommend this tour!

Great excursion in Mazatlan!!!

It is a great way to see Mazatlan. Alberto and Felipe were our drivers and they were a lot of fun. They drove us everywhere. We saw the Clift Divers, went to where you could hike to see the lighthouse, shopping and we stopped for ice cream and went to London street and took pictures with the Beatles. It was so much fun and we learned a lot. I highly recommend this excursion to everyone. .

Good way to see it all

This was great for getting a guided overview of the town. Our guide, Gloria, did a fantastic job of telling us all the stories around the historical features, important sites, and when special events would occur around the year. The car was comfortable, air conditioned, and she had water available to ensure we didn’t get dehydrated. We got to all the popular spots around town and it was an appropriate amount of time. I will note, they do take you to a store at the end of the tour where you get a bit of a sales pitch for jewelry, knickknacks, etc. But, at least they are good quality and reasonably priced for what they are. The free alcohol is only at that store, which for us was fine as we don’t really drink much. Overall, a great experience for getting all around the city in a reasonable amount of time. Spend more time in Old Town if you can; the Golden Zone is just like Daytona Beach at spring break - very commercial, corporate, and boring.

Humberto was awesome! He tailored the tour to exactly what our family wanted at the pace we needed for two of our mobility-challenged members. We toured Mazatlán with Issac and he was fun, informative and very accommodating. We learned all about the area while seeing the beautiful sites. We didn't know Liverpool England was Mazatlán's sister city and loved seeing the Beatles paraphernalia. We saw cliff divers, beautiful beaches and a very pretty church.

Awesome ATV expierence

Awesome time with ATVs the staff is wonderful and we met the owner Mr. Lionso. Super nice. Food was home cooked and amazing fresh fruits and veggies with home.made Queso and tortillas. We drove thru wooded area on the beach and in a farming area. The expierence was just perfect. Plenty to drink from coke to beer and tequila. Thanks for an amazing time
