You visit about 7 stops and they were places we wouldn't have know about on our own. Wendy was our tour guide and she was wonderful! She was very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and spoke great English. We were a party of 6 and it was Steve's birthday and she even bought him a pie on her! She went above and beyond!Highly recommend this tour and especially Wendy. She made the experience unforgettable.

We were a little surprised that our 10 am tour was of breakfast locations, but now we understand that breakfast ends at around 1pm. Even so, we got to have some tacos and other foods that were fantastic! Mika was hugely knowledgable and obviously loved by the local food trucks who roll out the red carpet for everyone. We saw local tortilla shops, seafood specialty shops and even a micro brewery.
Food was excellent and the service was outstanding!
Highly recommend.

Wendy the guide and Jonathan the driver were excellent. Wendy was very knowledgeable and personable and both did a great job accommodating us with a limited mobility member. Wendy is a true local and it showed in her knowledge and excitement to share her home town history and food. Oh yeah, the food was excellent too! Varied and just the right amounts!

What a fun day! Eduardo was a great tour guide. Our group was six people so it was the perfect size! We have been coming to Mazatlan for 20+ years and went to places today that we never knew existed! We got a fun bit of history mixed in with our gastronomic experience and thoroughly enjoyed it!

This was so much fun! We learned so much about the shrimp and tortilla making. Great food that we would never have tried from the looks at some of the street vendors! Delish!

This tour was great. Plenty of excellent food away from tourist areas. Our guide was Eduardo and he was both informative and entertaining. Our driver was excellent too.

we started off with some yummy tacos as a great history about street food Eddie our tour guide was fun and knowledgeable about the city and the culture. Every stop we had, the food was amazing. The people were friendly. We had a great time. It was casual and relaxing.

Eduardo was awesome we learned so much about the history of Mazatlan. Having 3 other couples from various parts made for a very enjoyable time. The local food vendors locals eat at were great too. We're very happy we chose this tour.

Maaika was a wonderful guide, taking us to seven different tasting experiences. Places that we would never have happened upon if it wasn’t for her. Everything we ate was so tasty and plentiful. My husband and I recently took the Barrio Bites tour. We were so happy we did. It exceeded our expectations. We got to experience authentic Mazatlan through our guides knowledgeable eyes as she brought us to the very heart of multiple restaurants kitchens as well as local food stands. Although ours was a cruise ship stopover in Mazatlan, we truly felt like locals as we experienced the food and culture that is unique to the area. Definitely an awesome way to spend a day in Mazatlan!
