Pick up was a little hectic. Not the tours fault, the marina is hectic. We drove around a lot and stopped at a couple of places. The tour guide hardly said anything. Just pointed out a couple of things here and there. We had lunch and he then drove for a while and suddenly we were dropped off two hours before the tour was supposed to end.

Hector was amazing. Very knowledgeable and had great suggestions for us. Was flexible with our requests. Kept us out of the heavy tourist areas. And the restaurant he suggested was amazing.

We were extremely happy with the tour of Mazatlan. Our guide Robert asked us what we wanted to do ensuring we prioritized the tour highlights to our liking. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He went out of his way to help us find some random items we were hoping to buy (a guava pie and cake). The van that was used to transport our group of 7 was clean and air conditioned. We felt safe the entire trip.
