    Good trip and tour guide. Places and stops were pre-planned. We had some options at the start so we could plan our trip. Would have liked a message a little bit earlier about where to meet because had limited access to internet but was super responsive. A little less hands-off/accommodating than other tours I’ve been on but we had fun! The city wasn’t really my vibe and was pretty crowded - not a quiet beach town but it was cool to see and experience!

    Beautiful Mazatlan

    Our tour guide Armando was fabulous! The tour was very accommodating as to the arrival of our cruise ship. Armando took us to an amazing lunch spot where the food was top notch! Would’ve liked to have seen more of Mazatlan and the culture, and less of the tourist spots. Most stops were centered around mainstream tourism. However, one such touristy spot was the cliff divers which was fun to experience. Just be prepared to pay for what you see.

    Hello, it was a pleasure to be your guide and your comment is very important, in fact every tour we do we ask our clients if they have any or some places that they would like to visit, maybe I don't think I'll ask you and in reality within The city of Mazatlan does not have many historical places, only the center of Mazatlan or places 30 or 35 minutes from the city, but your opinion is important to see options 😊 greetings and blessings!

    Our guide Jesus Armando was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and very accommodating. We were able to see the highlights of Mazatlan and spend some time at a resort and the beach. One sad note is that we left our camera in the tour van. Our trip was on May 29th. If someone could please check with the tour operator and check to see if the camera was found. We would be willing to pay for the shipping of the camera back to us.

    Hello, I'm Armando, I'm looking at your comment and I looked at the camera, when I finish the tour I always clean the van because of the garbage and sand but honestly I didn't look at the camera in the van, I'm sorry for what happened to the camera and really if I had looked at it it is 100% sure I would return them to you but I didn't really look at it 😢

    My family had a great time with Viajes El Paraíso, Armando is the Best, with the short amount of time we had during our cruise, he showed us the best point of interest in the City. We made him some requests to accommodate our group and without hesitation, he made it happened . His recommendation of restaurant, shops and places to visit, were spot on. Will definitely recommend him and services for anyone to visit Mazatlán, we all felt secure, comfortable and was our highlight from visiting Beautiful Mazatlán, Thank You Armando.

    We loved having a private van with a/c for our family of 6. I gave Armando a list of the places we wanted to see, and we hit almost everything on it. He gave us information about the places we visited, pointed out an AMAZING ice cream stand near one of our stops, and patiently allowed the members of our group who wanted to practice their Spanish on him. We were also able to detour to a grocery store with an international ATM.

    Julio was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable and the perfect tour guide for our family. He was patient and took us to see the main sights and also allowed us the flexibility to let him know where else we wanted to go. Bonus was him bringing a cooler with ice and water and room for us to store our adult beverages! Highly recommend!!

    Had a wonderful time. Our driver, Armando, was great. Super friendly. We were able to deviate from the plan and had lunch on the beach at a nice (pricey) spot. Would recommend it to anyone wanting a nice overview of Mazatlan.

    Julio was our driver and he was truly amazing. We asked if he would be spontaneous if we wanted to stop in our own places. For the price this was awesome. We got a very exclusive tour of the city. Got to go to a resort that gave us towels and use their pool and beach for free. Learned about the culture and the city and the history. It was truly an amazing day. Thank you
