Cruise Ship Passengers, We would like to inform you that our designated meeting point within the terminal is the "GREEN BAR," conveniently situated before the GAZEBO. Upon exiting the building, please look for us at the very first UMBRELLA. Additionally, we wish to convey that your pick-up and drop-off times are generally flexible, designed to align seamlessly with your cruise itinerary, thereby ensuring the highest standard of service. One day prior to your scheduled arrival, we will receive your cruise itinerary from the National Maritime Authority, along with the details of your last port of call. Utilizing this information, we will finalize your pick-up and drop-off times the evening before your arrival. On the night preceding your anticipated journey, we will provide you with all relevant details pertaining to your booking. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and punctuality regarding the designated pick-up time. Thank you for your cooperation.

Ricardo was our tour guide what an amazing experience we had because of him. He went above and beyond and was very considerate of our needs. We had a fun filled memorable day. Highly recommend this tour to everyone visiting Mazatlan. We had a blast on the ATVs it almost seemed we had our own private each and jungle experience. Our 11 year old daughter also enjoyed her first experience riding at ATV. 10/5 stars for Ricardo and 5/5 stars for the entire tour and experience.

Firstly Ricardo was amazing even before the tour, replied to my emails quickly! The actual tour was awesome, Ricardo met us on time and was very knowledgeable, and caring of the guests needs. We have 3 ATVs and my 16 yrs old had the best day! I also couldn’t take the smile off my face as I was speeding on the open beach… what a beach blast as the tour indicates. Beach loungers are included and also drinks which I didn’t expect.. The food in the restaurant is good too! Ricardo had it all covers from cold water to beers and even tequila 😂 great tour by Ricardo

Fun ATV ride but so much WAITING.

There is SO MUCH WAITING AROUND. You get off the ship and are directed to wait at some picnic tables. (For like 30 minutes). Then you are assigned a driver, drive into town, and are directed to explore on your own for 45 minutes. You get back to the driver and drive to the ferry terminal …. Where you wait for another 1/2 hour. Then the ferry takes you across and you get off and wait for transportation to the beach (maybe 20 minutes). We were almost 3 hours into the excursion before we even got to the beach. The atv ride was fun, and we had about an hour after the ride to hang out at the beach.

Hey there Michelle! It's your friends from the tour, just wanted to say hi and see how you're doing. I know we had a bit of a bumpy ride with the waiting around, but remember it wasn't a private service and we had to accommodate other passengers. Plus, you got to chill in a cool bar with umbrellas and all that jazz, so it wasn't all bad. And let's not forget about your awesome driver-guide who spoke English, even though your parents seemed a bit grumpy. But hey, that's what the tour description said, right? But I just wanted to let you know that we did everything we could to avoid delays and get you guys to our beach club ASAP. And during the ATV ride, you guys were treated like VIPs, even though our guides didn't get any smiles back from you guys! But that's okay, we still love ya. And after the ATV excursion, there were so many facilities available, but you chose to swim in the ocean, which is totally cool. But here's the thing, dear Michelle. You complained about no good service, but when we delivered it to you, you kinda just ignored it. What's that all about? We don't understand, but we still appreciate you giving us the opportunity to take care of you. You're a special person, and we want to make sure you have the best time ever. It’s a full day of variety! It was an easy excursion from our ship and they picked us up on time and made sure to get us back in time! We loved the ATV ride and had not booked the all inclusive, but had some great chips and guacamole and margaritas at the restaurant under shade! Ricardo took great care of us!

Ricardo was enthusiastic to share his knowledge of the city. One of our favorites was learning about devils caves history. If you wanted to stop and look at your interests he made sure it happened. He was careful to give you space as well as help guide. He was very well respected in the community as well. Worth the price
