Great tour of the city with plenty of shopping time. Lunch on the beach was very good also with several choices of meals and beverages included. Cliff divers were fun to watch as well.

We had the most amazing day in Mazatlan our guide Eduardo was absolutely amazing his knowledge was fantastic. He knows so many people and was able to get into places to look around . The mini bus was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. We also got lunch and a drink for the price we paid for our trip and that restaurant was on the beach and was also amazing 10/10 for the whole experience.

First they they need to be more specific regarding meeting point .As we went out of the port to locate them only to find out later meeting point was in a booth in the Port...Tour was excellent loved every minute great guide very knowledgeable being a local highly recommended

We got to our meeting spot 20 mins early to check in. They told us we would not start our 9:30 tour until 10:00, as they combined us with another group to fill the van, and they would not get there until 10:00. I wish they had told us, so we would. It have to stand and wait for 50 mins at the meeting point to start! Things were much calmer at 9:30, traffic was soo busy at and many more people crowded at 10:00. Our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable, gave us a lot of good information. He had water, soda on van for us. He even provided some pesos to use the bathroom. We did enjoy the tour a lot, just wish we had started at 9:30 as booked!

We had a wonderful time in Mazatlan thanks to our tour guide. He took us to all the scenic spots and made every stop enjoyable and memorable. From the beautiful views to the local highlights, everything was well planned and relaxed. His friendly attitude and knowledge of the area really enhanced the experience. We truly enjoyed the day and would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Mazatlan.

It was utter confusion coming out of the port! I asked several people where to go to meet the company for my excursion. I even showed people my phone what I was looking for. I was finally pointed to what I thought was the correct people. I was completely scammed, and made to go to the ATM to get additional money so I could get back to the port. Keep in mind, I have never been to Sinaloa before, and very afraid of the implications of the cartel, so I tried my best to be accommodating to the driver's demand for money. A very scary and horrible situation to be in. Thanks, but no thanks. Never again!

Small groupings so it never feels crowded, you also never feel rushed. Ends on a beautiful beach surrounded by mariachis wanting to perform for cash which is part of the experience. It was my Grandmother's(85 years old!) favorite part of the trip. She has mobility issues and our tour guide treated her with so much respect and care.

We had used same vendor for the same tour twice before. This tour left us wanting more. Very little information provided by the driver. Not as many stops with stories. We signed up for a 5 hour tour and it was only 4 hours. That hour was taken off of our beach visit, which was the highlight of the tour.

This is good van tour to navigate around and through the best parts of historic Mazatlán. The tour guides are funny, very knowledgeable, and pragmatic. We saw the Basilica Cathedral of Mazatlán, the coast line, historic Mazatlán, the Gold Zone, and had a great lunch on the coast. The lunch was constantly harassed by vendors selling stuff and three...THREE mariachi bands competing to play louder than the others, be prepared to shout as loud as you can to talk. The shopping visit was to the standard tourist stores for T-shirts and souvenirs.

We arrived in Mazatlan via cruise ship. We’d been told there was a Viator desk inside the terminal, and while there was a tour desk, nothing said Viator, so that was confusing. Once we found where we were supposed to be, several other tours we’re leaving simultaneously, so ours got pushed for over 30 minutes. Once we finally got started, we saw many of Mazatlan’s best sights and the day was enjoyable. Our driver was very personable and went out of his way to please, but that included two unplanned stops to accommodate requests from two guests which left the other tour participants waiting unnecessarily. Our last stop was at a beach for lunch, but there was a snafu with the kitchen staff, so by the time our driver checked on our group, several of us hadn’t been served and we had to leave to get back to our respective ships, so had to cancel our order. While this wasn’t anyone’s fault, if we hadn’t made the unplanned stops, we would have had enough time at lunch. Overall, a full and enjoyable day.

Easy pickup at the cruise ship. There is a booth to sign in. Oscar was out driver and guide. He was good in both roles. The excursion was nice.

Our guide Jesus was extremely nice and knowledgeable about the place and took us to some interesting points in the city. He did not hurry us at any of the points and was accomodating.
The tour itself had most of the places that can be covered in 5-6 hours. Ideal for those coming on cruise ships that docks for 8 hours.
