This tour was exactly what we were looking for. A tour of Mazatlan and a bit of R&R. Gil was amazing, attentive and hospitable. We were travelling with our kids and felt well taken care of. Definitely recommend!!

Our favorite excursion we did while on our cruise! We booked online the night before our stop in Mazatlan and the whole process was enjoyable for our family from 3-73. GILBERTO was phenomenal. His communication, promptness and attention to detail was exemplary. Everyone loved the resort too! If you can request, Gilbert for your tour guide!

We were a little nervous at 1st as we had a hard time finding our driver, but once we did we had a great time on this tour. We had “The Mickey Mouse” driver & he was amazing. Customized our tour to whatever we liked/wanted to do. Saw all the highlights of Mazatlan & then had a relaxing few hours at the beach club. The beach club was very nice. Clean facilities & amazing views. We didn’t purchase food, so can’t comment on that. Overall, a great day in Mazatlan.

Awesome beach club and tour of Mazatlan by the best tour guide Alberto and his trainee Humberto. He catered the trip for us as we went spending as much or little time at places while explaining the history of the city. He took us right to our beach chairs and umbrellas and was waiting for us when we were ready to leave.

This was a wonderful tour of Mazatlan. We had a lot of fun riding around in the back of a pickup. Bench seats and sodas were provided. Our tour guide, Gilberto "Gil" was outstanding and provided interesting insights and history of the area. Every stop was really enjoyable - we saw the cliff divers, overlooks, a market, interesting statues, the Church and the grand finale was a couple of hours at a private beach. At the beach was a restaurant and several private pools. We had one pool to ourselves. Food was great with poolside service at reasonable prices. Truly awesome, everyone in our group gave if a 10/10.

Alberto is very professional and a very nice person. He took us all around the city to see the sights then to a wonderful beach club that had excellent food and drinks with hot tubs, infinity pool and right on the beach. We had our own waiter who brought us everything we asked for quickly. It was beautiful! Highly recommend this tour and Alberto for your driver!

This tour was fantastic! Our tour guide Alberto was amazing! It was just my wife and I, and he took us all over Mazatlan. He was very informative and took his time to explain about the places we stopped at, as well as taking plenty of pictures of us at the stops!
The Beach Club was also really great! We got there around 11AM on a Thursday, and there were plenty of lounge chairs available. It was very clean and comfortable, and the wait staff were very helpful. The pool was warm and very relaxing! We also had lunch and the food was excellent!
Overall, I highly recommend this tour! We were picked up right near the cruise port, got to see all of the sights and learn some info about the city, and spend some time relaxing!

Great tour of the city with our driver Alberto! He was very knowledgeable and a lot of fun to hang out with. He showed us all of the sites. The tequila tasting was just ok...it's done in the back of a jewelry store so I think they are hoping you will buy something. The beach club (Shekinah) was beautiful but the service was so slow and all of the deck chairs were taken up by the time we got there (they said they were overbooked that day) so that was a bit disappointing. We made the best of it though and Alberto helped us find table seating and we had fun in the pool which was beautiful and very warm. Overall I think this was a good value and we got to see a lot of the city and had a lot of fun!

Everything about this excursion was absolutely wonderful! Our tour guide was flexible, friendly and very knowledgeable. He took us to places that weren’t even on the itinerary. Our time at the Shekinah Beach club was wonderful! We enjoyed the beautiful and relaxing environment, the pool, the beach and the yummy food and drinks we ordered!

We had the best time, city site seeing was fun, and the beach resort was absolutely beautiful! The only thing that was confusing was the pick up location. It’s across the street at OXXO. The driver will have a sign with your name on it.

Moses gave us an incredible private tour of Mazatlán and truly made it one of our favorite stops of the entire cruise. As a lifelong local, his knowledge of the city, culture, and history was amazing, and he shared it all with us! Any question we had, he had an answer:) He was super friendly, flexible, and really tailored the day around what we wanted to see and do, which made the experience feel personal. We felt so lucky to get Moses!
The value for what you get is unbeatable. The beach club he took us to was fantastic. It was quaint, relaxing, and felt high end without the high price tag. Food and Beverage prices there were very reasonable. Overall, an unforgettable experience and I would absolutely recommend Moses to anyone visiting Mazatlán, especially cruise passengers looking to make the most of their day.

The trip was great! Had a good time exploring the city as we went to the beach club. The club itself was amazing. Great views, area was clean and well maintained, food was incredible (highly recommend the burger) and beach is clean!
Jose was an awesome guide! He was very personable, knew the area well and told us the best places for photos and tourist areas that won't trap you. His car is very unique, plays great music and works at your pace. Really cares about making your trip memorable.

We had an amazing time! Our guide, Gilberto, was fun and knew a lot about Mazatlan. He made sure we got to see everything we wanted. We asked for a local taco place, and he took us to a great open air restaurant. He then took us to Shekinah beach club and took the time to show us around, even though he didn’t work there. It was so relaxing and the strawberry margaritas were awesome.

This was an awesome tour. Moises was our tour guide and he was amazing. Moises promised to make us fall in love with Mazatlan and that he did. He took us all around the city, explained all the sites and was our personal photographer. We did some shopping along with Tequila tasting. Moises made sure we were safe and assisted us with communicating with the locals. Our last stop was the beach club. A beautiful serene paradise hidden just off the street. Moises got us checked in and situated for the last couple hours of our tour. When our time at the beach club was up, Moises was right there to pick us up. We felt like princesses in a horse drawn carriage for the day. A huge thank you to Moises. Can’t wait to come back and do it again.

Depending on the number booking with this group you can either get the van or in our case a open air style vehicle for four. We were the only ones it appears that have booked for the day so our guide Oscar gave us a very personal and laid back tour. We changed schedule and did many other sites that weren't part of the description but were things that my wife and I were interested in. My wife tripped and fell and scraped both her knees and twisted her ankle. Oscar got us to a pharmacy so I could get supplies to clean her up and allow us to continue our day unfettered. The beach was where we stayed up last night was one of the best I've been to. Not busy at all and had no problem finding quieter area to just sit back and enjoy the beach and taking the sun.

Great small group tour of Mazarlan sites followed by beach club visit. You travel in the back of an open pickup with canopy. Water beer or soda included. Several stops for photos and flexible in terms of where you want to stop. Guide Gil was great and explained various sights.

Alberto meet us at the port and gave us a phenomenal tour of the city, including lighthouse old Mazatlan and Golden area, then dropping us off at a beach club where we can enjoy the pool and amenities.

The resort is not ready for group. Shekinah made it seem like they did not want group there. The staff was rude and was not accommodating. There was no towels nor places to lounge. We had to fend for ourselves and take onesie twosie seats. We ordered food and the food never came. They just said they are busy. Juan Jose our tour guide was great but Shekinah was horrible. Def not worth the money spent on excursion.
