Upon exiting the building, please look for us at the very first UMBRELLA. Additionally, we wish to convey that your pick-up and drop-off times are generally flexible, designed to align seamlessly with your cruise itinerary, thereby ensuring the highest standard of service. One day prior to your scheduled arrival, we will receive your cruise itinerary from the National Maritime Authority, along with the details of your last port of call. Utilizing this information, we will finalize your pick-up and drop-off times the evening before your arrival. On the night preceding your anticipated journey, we will provide you with all relevant details pertaining to your booking. Nice guides but disorganized

Our tour guide, Ricardo, was great. He was very nice and informative. However, going to Rock Island was a whole other experience. There was a lot of different tour groups converging and a lot of sitting around waiting for rides to the island and then to the “resort.” At the resort it was chaos- just so many people they could not keep up. People waited over an hour for food and when we got ours, there was a staple in the rice! None of us took another bite after that. The water activities were okay. We did have a fun time on the banana boat ride. The tour operators were nice, but they just seemed overwhelmed.

Viator made my travel experience so much better. The tour was easy to book Viator was aware of my time concerns about ship disembarking and embarking. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and felt very safe.

The small tour to begin...

The small tour to begin the day was very nice. We went to a large cathedral where we had about 25 minutes to look around. Then moved on to the cliff divers, which was great. We then took a boat ride and a short ride over to the beach. The beach was very clean, the banana boat rides were just the right amount of speed and safety, my kids loved the boogie boards, and my husband enjoyed the horseback riding. The staff were all very attentive to make sure we all had a great day. My one disappointment was that the listing did not state that the horseback riding was for adults only. My 10 year old daughter was really looking forward to the horseback riding. Other than that it was a wonderful day.

This will not be a fair evaluation of the tour, weather always takes away from something that could be great. This tour went ahead on a day that it rained and was cold. It should have been canceled but they wanted their money. Even when everybody asked the guide to go back early, he refused. Also the boat wasn't what they advertised.
