Excellent car service to/from airport

Airport pickup was easy for our family of four with luggage. Our driver, Ari, was great. He there waiting for us upon arrival - even though our flight landed almost 1 hour early! Along the ride to our hotel, he gave us a narrated tour of sights along the way. Ride was comfortable, safe, and pleasant. Hope to see Ari again for our drive yet back to the airport.

Beautiful Day in Kent. Enjoyed Leeds Castle and Canterbury Cathedral. We could even see France from Dover it was such a clear and sunny day. Shiela had lots of very interesting history to share both on the coach and walking through Canterbury and the Cathedral. She is an expert.

Great experience Heathrow to Southampton

We had a wonderful and professional experience with our driver Baris. Received a text just after landing at Heathrow that he was there and ready. Passport, baggage and customs went more quickly than expected, so he met us early. He took care of our luggage and the drive to Southampton was pleasant and efficient. Dropped off right at hotel. Hussain was great! Arrived early, vehicle spacious, immaculate and comfortable. He hisself was very well groomed and presented a smile and genuine care for our comfort and safety. The men in our party are very tall and robust with some knee and back issues- comfort is the difference for them for a good trip or bad. If you are over 6’4” and built like football players in back and shoulders this driver and cab are for you. Safe, comfy and truly worth the extra money. Reasonable really for 4 adults and a 2 hour trip. Thanks Hussain!

Driver showed up on time and was very courteous. We encountered some heavy traffic but she was able to go around and still be is there on time. We had a good experience; however, I wish that Viator would have sent me a confirmation saying that the driver was confirmed at the specific time, or even better if they would have the driver call our phone number ahead of time to confirm arrival time - especially since it was an airport ride that is very time critical

Driver was great! Showed up early!

The driver showed up early and was able to pick us up about 20 minutes before our scheduled time to take us to the airport (which was great because we got off the ship earlier than expected). He was so friendly, professional and drove safely. We had great conversation on our way to the airport. Was happy to have him as a driver. Great job!

Exceptional service, exceptional driver.

My experience with VIATOR was amazing. My driver's name was Daniel Elhuni. His service was absolutely exceptional, top level and was very polite, respectful and pleasant. He went above and beyond in assisting me with small tasks such as helping me with exchanging currency. And answering questions about other areas in England. He was very knowledgeable about London and it's beautiful structures. Although I hired his services hours over what was originally booked, he never complained. We even had a good laugh about it. It was a pleasure to have him as my driver. When I return to London again in September and I will definitely be contacting VIATOR and Daniel again for their service.
