Prompt service

Excellent communication. Prior to leaving for our flight, the company contacted me with the name of our driver and included their picture. Our driver was waiting for us when we landed, and he contacted me via What's App, to let us know he was there. Since we made it through customs and retrieved our luggage quicker than expected, we were able to meet him sooner and be on our way to the hotel. He was very professional. Amazing Tour

We had the most amazing tour today! Our guide was Dan and to say he and our driver went above and beyond would an understatement. Our day started with getting picked up at our hotel. The hotel we were staying was not on the official pick up list and the bus didn't have access to the private road it was on, so International Friends sent a separate car to gather us at the hotel and deliver us to the tour bus. Here we meet our amazing guide Dan and our bus driver Laurant (I hope I'm remembering and spelling that correctly). When Dan saw that I have limited mobility he quickly offered to arrange for a wheelchair for me at Stonehenge. My friend and I fully expected that she would be the one to push me around, but when we got there we were surprised to find that Dan did all the pushing. He not only pushed me around, but he shared his vast knowledge of the site with us and even posed us in cute pictures with Stonehenge. He made it a super fun and educational experience for us both! After the tour, everyone who was departing on a cruise was dropped off at the port and we were dropped off at our hotel. I can't tell you what a pleasant surprise this was. We fully expected to have to take a cab from the port to our hotel, but we didn't. Not only were we dropped off at our hotel, but they helped us bring our luggage inside. I would 100% recommend this tour and I would specifically recommend both our tour guide, Dan, and our driver, Laurant. They were both incredible! Thank you to International Friends for hiring them as our guide and driver. And thank you to Dan and Laurant for an amazing day!

Very smooth airport transfer

Driver was available promptly (maybe 10 minutes after arrival). He was cheerful and a fine driver in traffic. He wasn't gabby , which we appreciated after our long flight. Helped with bags. Much better than public transportation tho somewhat more costly.

Great experience

Driver was waiting for us with an easy to see sign with our name on it. He was quick, efficient, and made sure we were comfortable. I felt safe with him driving and especially appreciated that he did not talk on the phone while driving. Would definitely use again! Yes, it would’ve been cheaper to take the train or even a taxi, but after an overnight flight I appreciate the convenience of someone waiting for us when we arrive.

Wonderful way to end the cruise

Baris was a fantastic driver yesterday on our trip from Southhampton to LHR. When we got our cruise disembarkation information the day before and it was later than expected, I told the company and they confirmed the new time right away. Baris was still there an hour early. Despite a last minute change of plans, Viator stepped up to the plate and accommodated our large party providing a driver to our location and took us to the Airport.
