A wonderful experience

A fantastic trip but be prepared for a very very long day. Coach journey with a 40 min stop. Sounded great until you had to queue 30 mins to purchase a ticket for a coffee. At least 3 other coaches stopping at the same time. Ridiculous. However, St Moritz was beautiful. Tour guide very pleasant and professional.

This tour was exactly what we hoped for, and our guide Angela was great. Yes - you could book all of the same transit yourself, but it was so worth it to have someone else deal with it and to use the group boarding lanes. Angela provided a detailed running commentary on the history of everything we passed by and had good recommendations for food during lunchtime. She also did an admirable job of navigating us through some very crowded boats and trains (it was the day after the Italian Grand Prix, so it was crazy). We didn't have time to do much in Como, but we did have a little time to stroll around Bellagio and Varenna, and everything about that lake is beautiful. If you’re expecting to really SEE any of these towns then NO day trip covering three of them will do that in any case. But this tour will give you a quick glimpse of all of them - definitely enough to tell you whether any of them deserve a dedicated visit.

Beautiful day trip

We traveled with Marika and Constantino and it was great! Marika had a lot of history to share to make the time go by on the bus rides. For the stops, she had recommendations for what to see and where to go or not go for food. Lake Como is beautiful and the boat ride was nice. It is a little expensive but this was a nice excursion. Each stop is a few hours but time goes by quickly so have a plan if there is anything you want to see.

Perfect boat ride at a very good price.

You really get to see a lot of the lake, and travel a good ways up. They go all the way up to Clooney’s house and then a bit more before going back. I also thought the audio with ear piece was just fine and gave some good information. I am thankful that I didn’t rent a private boat to ride or drive myself. The hour was perfect.
