Not to be missed!

Had a chance to spend the afternoon on a four hour ride around the lake with Stefano. It was truly spectacular. From the charming history of the lake to the insight only a 5th generation resident can share, we had the best of times. Really, 4 hours was about right. We could have rushed to see the whole lake in three with simple drive-bys but the depth and friendship was built with time. Thank you to Hercules (company) and Stefano, our wonderful Captain!

Our guide, Alessandro ensured we had the best views and seating from the beginning of the trip to the end. The boat ride was magnificent as he pointed out the rich history and other lovely villas owned by famous designers and movie stars. We loved our stops in Bellagio where we were able to have lunch and the picturesque views in Verona. Be sure to use sunscreen and bring a personal fan if you’re visiting during the summer. Please note that there is a lot of walking in uneven surfaces including hills and stairs.

Marvelous Core Memory!

Amazing tour guide who will give great information but also personalize the tour to your needs

We had an amazing time on this tour! Frencesca, the tour guide, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and personable!! We enjoyed spending the day with her immensely. The tour was small and avoided crowds and the busier places. It felt like we got a more personalized tour and appreciated her firsthand insight as someone who lives in Lake Como. She was great at giving us information but also giving us time to explore how we wanted to. The ability to swim at the beach in Lake Lugano was our favorite part of the trip!! Bring some water shoes because it's rocky, but it was stunningly beautiful. This tour was the highlight of our trip!!

I did not have a lot of time at Lake Como, but I did want to get out on the water. I decided to do the one hour shared boat tour and it was wonderful. Easy to find and check in process was smooth. Great tour!

Very easy to find driver, he called to let me know where to find him. The boat was gorgeous, the driver was insightful and engaging. The bubbles was offered 35 mins into the hours trip so between two it was a lot to get through, we managed it. The cups given to drink the bubbles were plastic pint cups, not ideal when is such a stunning location but a small issue really!

A Highlight of Our Entire Italy Trip

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Without a doubt, this was the best boat tour we have ever done. My family and I had an incredible experience, and a huge part of that was Matteo. He was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about Lake Como, its history, and the beautiful villas along the shore, but he was also one of the kindest and most welcoming guides we’ve ever met. My mother had actually never been on a boat before, and Matteo made her feel completely comfortable and at ease. He was patient, friendly, and genuinely cared that everyone was having a great time. We also had a few transportation issues and arrived later than planned. Despite our delays and all the back-and-forth communication, Matteo was unbelievably understanding, flexible, and accommodating. He treated us with so much kindness and patience, which we appreciated more than he knows. The scenery was breathtaking, the boat was beautiful, and Matteo’s passion for what he does truly made the experience special. It never felt rushed, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable time. Out of all the tours we have done during our travels, this was our favorite. I cannot recommend highly...

I cannot recommend highly enough the 4-hour private Lake Como tour. It was such a special experience to be able to enjoy such stunning location and have the flexibility to visit charming Bellagio and Varenna as well, without fighting the crowds on the larger ferries. Our guide Frederico was absolutely wonderful and expertly navigated around the lake to show us breathtaking historic villas and hidden gems, and shared fascinating local history along the way. If I ever have the opportunity to return to Lake Como I would not hesitate to take this tour again.
