- The Tour is available only in the morning. If you want to do it in the afternoon, you can contact us and we can check, if possible, to get you a Tour

Great way to see all of Como and actually give your legs a little rest. Bike seats are hard but it's only a 3 hour tour and you get lots of stopping breaks.

We were in a small group of six riders. We rode through the city and along the coast and stopped at maybe 15-20 historical sites. It was so fun riding the e-bike through the city, although challenging at times. Sergio our guide was great! I’m definitely glad we did this! A decent workout as well.

Great way with innovative use of technology to experience Como. Recommend you do this early in your stay in Como and can then return to those areas on which you may wish to concentrate. Sergio was an excellent guide with additional comments to that provided by the narrative and pictures of the notebook on the bike.

Great tour that uses an interactive ipad to complement the tour guide providing additional details at key stops. Some e-bike experience suggested given the older version front drive e-bikes and the high density of cars, motorcycles and people in key historical areas. Sergio gave a wonderful tour loaded with information and fun facts to know. A must if you visit Como and want to learn about the city.

The guide was good and provided a great overview of the city and history. The bikes were in rough shape and very difficult to control due to weight and positioning of controls on handlebars. Much of the tour is weaving and bobbing around traffic and people even though an effort was made to avoid those issues. You need to be in good shape and have lots of e-bike experience to really enjoy this.

Thank you for sharing your experience. While some of your points are valid, others do not accurately reflect the situation.
It is the first time we have received feedback indicating that our bikes are difficult to control. This is surprising, as our bikes are generally well-received by customers, particularly those who are older. In fact, we have received several testimonials from individuals in their 80s who have expressed how easy it is for them to ride our bikes. We can confirm the bikes can be used by anyone with some little experience riding standard bikes.
Additionally, it is important to refrain from making hasty judgments based solely on appearance. While it is possible that some bikes may have aesthetic issues or certain features that are considered undesirable simply because they are not brand-new, they do not have any functional problems.
These bikes undergo thorough inspections before each ride to ensure the utmost safety of the riders.
While it is possible that some individuals may not be comfortable riding a bike, this should not be considered a problem on our part.
The safety of our customers is our top priority. However, we are unable to remove individuals from the streets to accommodate your request. As Como is a popular tourist destination, it is common to find crowds in the area.

It was a very nice bike tour of three plus hours led bt Sergio. He id a great job and kept us safe and navigated the traffic -- pedestrians and cars. Lots to see and Sergio also showed us a greta place to eat and another for super gelato. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience. Don’t think there could have been a better way to see the majority of Lake Como. Sergio was attentive, knowledgeable and most importantly, fun! His love for the city is very evident when he speaks of the different points of interest. The bikes were in excellent shape and the microphone on the helmets is a great addition to this tour. I would recommend this tour to anyone planning on visiting.

Perfect bike tour, E-Bike was excellent and meant that even after 3 hrs you were as fresh as the start. Sergio was a superb host, knowledgeable and took everything in his stride, we thought he was great. Bike tours are always a good way to visit a new place, but this one was exceptionally good.

This was an informative and fun tour. We were shown how to use the bikes and followed the tour lead Serg as part of a group. The route was well worked out combing the old city and routes along the lake. Never used an ebike before and loved it.

Sergio was very attentive to our safety during the whole 3 hour experience, which took us through busy streets with both cars and pedestrians all around us. Although not technically our tour guide, he provided lots of extra tidbits about Como that we would not have experienced otherwise. It was fun, informative and extensive!
