This was the best thing we could have done. We had two boats for 8 people. We enjoyed the site at our leisure, and the kids spread throughout the water. We all jumped in and enjoyed the water, and it was a great family fun time. I highly recommend it.

At 10 was already inside the boat, explanation was very quick, cruise on the lake, boat is fast enough to enjoy, to repeat!

Very enjoyable! The staff were friendly and the boat was easy to handle. The only critique is that there was no one at the meeting spot with a sign. Another company helped us locate our boat.

Fun way to see the lake on your own! The boat was clean and ran well. Please note that there is a €75 foot extra petrol fee when you return.

Renting a boat at Lake Como was the highlight of our trip. We were 8 and rented two boat. My teenage went on one and the adults on the other. We had a blast! So exciting, it was fun to explore on our own. We swam, spread, stoped and contemplated the beauty of the area. Great time.

Great experience with this company. They were very clear with directions and follow-up, and got us started on time and with ease. The boat was in very good conditions, and we had no problems. Having the autonomy to cruise the lake at our leisure and enjoy the sights was everything we hoped for! Only word of caution: There is a 25 Euro fuel charge for each hour rented, which is required to be paid on day of excursion. I missed it in the details at first glance. Still worth it!

Slightly chaotic on the arrival as there are lots of people and boats fighting for the same space but once out on the lake it was the best experience! I am so glad we took a boat on our own and had the private family experience. Would also recommend doing a two hour hire over sunset, it was the best!

Super fun way to explore beautiful Lake Como at your own pace! Small boat was easy to manage. We brought lunch and ate on the boat in the Bellagio harbor. Great experience - definitely recommend!

It was great being able to spend a couple hours on Lake Como. I recommend at least 3 hours if you are trying to see a lot of the lake.
The company was fantastic. I had a scheduling error they were able to work around. The guys running the boats are a lot of fun too.

Going out on a boat really completes your Lake Como experience. The staff spoke English, were friendly and explained the boat operation well. In addition to the rental fee, you pay for the gas after your time is up. It was 25 euros per hour for the gas. The boat was a great size for the 3 of us. We only rented for an hour as that is all we had time for. We wished we could have done 2 hours. My family and I loved the experience.

Sadly the boat broke down before our trip started.
They told us the trip would have to be cancelled as all their boats were out, then a mechanic would come to sort it out, then after an hour they gave us another boat.
To be honest I would not recommend.

We are sorry for these few stars despite the hard work we are doing to resolve the problem.
The boat is new and a week old, the problem was an inconvenience, nothing that happened, due it was Saturday afternoon, the day in which we work a lot and we managed to solve that small coupling problem in 45 minutes, after which we delivered you an identical boat which you had booked.
The boats are in excellent condition and the works very well, every single day.
However, we are happy that you were able to carry out your tour in total tranquility and serenity, we did our best to guarantee you the service.

Hello!
we have explained to you several times that the platform did not notify us of your time change, and we kindly asked you only once to be able to postpone your rental, you replied that you couldn't and we replied that there was no problem and we would be able to keep your schedule.
so your reservation was confirmed with the time you requested but you never showed up.
How can you say we were rude if you didn't execute your rental?
everything would have gone as planned but you didn't show up.

If it’s raining and you want a refund- good luck! Sadly had a rainy day in Como with thunder storms on and off, I messaged the guide about getting a refund and was told they couldn’t until the exact time I booked. We were a bit of a walk from the location and with the weather on and off was hard to know if it we would be able to proceed with the booking. 4 minutes to our booking time the guide contacted me saying it was still a go since it was only spitting. We rushed to the location of course late- thinking we had agreed on a refund. When we arrived we asked what would happen if it started pouring rain once we went out on the boat- they said it was too late for a refund and we would be out of luck. After all of this miscommunication we left about 30-40 after our scheduled time. The boat was SOAKED, didn’t dry off the seats for us so we had to sit in water. Also remember they charge for gas- that you barely use. Wouldn’t recommend.

I rented the boat for an hour and loved seeing the lake, the shore, the properties from the vantage point of the water. The boat was easy to drive and an hour was plenty of time to venture a fair way up the lake and then come back on the other side.

We had the best time ever today on Lake Como, Ignacio was incredibly helpful, easily accessible and instructed us which helped us feel at ease being girls on a boat, very easy to drive and not choppy at all! Would definitely recommend 2-3 hours to get the full experience and get far enough down the lake. Would recommend to everyone looking for a great private boat rental in Como!!!
