Though the weather did not cooperate for our boat tour, Leo was in constant contact with us to help reschedule. We were picked up right near our hotel and greeted with a friendly smile. Great conversation and he was very informative about the lake and all of our stops. Beautiful evening on the lake and the Proseco was a nice touch. Boat was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Clear communication from start to finish. The boat arrived right on time. The boat ride was smooth and pleasant, and the boat captain spoke English very well. The tour of the lake was very enjoyable for our family. We were going to take the ferry back from Bellagio after asking to be dropped off there, but we had to call the boat back because the ferry situation turned chaotic. They were very responsive and accommodating when I needed to book a last-minute boat ride back.

It was the highlight of out trip! The boat is amazing, they gave a great tour and insights into the villas and history of the region. They are also very warm and welcoming which made everything even better! We had an amazing time on the boat and we will remember it forever!

What an incredible experience with Roberto. He was so informative about the Lake and knew so much history since his family has been from that area. I was traveling with my 72-year-old mother, who had some difficulty with the steep walk up to Villa del Balbianello. Ricardo went above and beyond to ensure she was comfortable—he checked in frequently, offered encouragement, and made sure she felt supported every step of the way. Villa del Balbianello is truly breathtaking. The villa’s elegant architectural design, lush terraced gardens, and breathtaking lake views make it a standout highlight of the experience. Walking through the grounds, you can appreciate both its historical significance and its reputation as one of the most iconic and scenic locations on the lake. The visit to Bellagio was equally memorable. Bellagio is incredibly charming, with its cobblestone streets, vibrant flowers, and stunning waterfront views. Ricardo provided insightful context about the town’s history, culture, and local highlights, which made exploring it even more meaningful. We enjoyed lunch together as a group at La Punta which gave us the opportunity to get to know one another in our small group of seven. The tour itself was beautifully organized, showcasing the best of Lake Como—from its natural beauty to its cultural richness. At the end of the day, Ricardo kindly arranged a taxi for us and waited until it arrived, ensuring we returned safely to our hotel. This level of care and attention truly set him apart. Ricardo not only created a welcoming environment for the group but also made sure everyone was well-informed throughout the tour. My mom and I left with a deeper appreciation for the beauty, history, and charm of the region. I highly recommend this tour and Ricardo to anyone looking for a thoughtful, well-organized, and unforgettable experience.

We took a private tour with Alberto, also known as Albi. It was a perfect sunny day in October and Alberto could not have been more perfect as a guide. He was informative knowledgeable into a history beyond textbooks because he grew up on the lake and continues to live on the lake.

Thoroughly enjoyed this experience. The water can get a little choppy, I thought it all part of the fun - but if you’re a nervous swimmer you might get anxious. However, our guide instilled confidence and the kayaks are very stable. The guide Michael (wrong spelling - sorry!) was informative and humorous but low key enough to allow us to enjoy the natural beauty all around. It was wonderful to see the towering cliffs and cloud wreathed mountains from a different angle. Great bit of exercise too!

Matteo was incredible! We truly had the best day. He was so knowledgeable and answered our many questions - we felt like we were hanging out with a friend, not a tour guide- in the best way! We felt so cared for and we loved our day! This is a MUST DO experience and worth EVERY dime!
