- No eating or drinking is allowed inside the car/van/buses. Food can easily become messy, or someone might bump into you, having you spill your drink or squash your food, letting it fall to the floor.
- This SIC itinerary vehicle is arranged according to the number of participants on the day (car/van/bus)

- It is recommended that you make preparations to prevent if you have motion sickness, so as not to affect your pleasant journey.

- Pick up time and driver details shall update to you 1 day before activity day in the evening time by email. Please check your email (inbox/spam mailbox) 1 day before (after 8pm)
- During major festivals, there will be road closures and traffic jams. The return journey can only be sent to the drop-off point closest to the hotel according to the road conditions that day. The specific location will be determined by the driver at that time. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

Melvin was great. He is knowledgeable, patient, sincere and knows how to do his job and did his best.
He made the whole trip pleasant and enjoyable.

Tour guide was a great speaker - eloquent in how he explained information regarding the different spots we went. Pleasant and friendly and was inclusive of a large number of tourists from a different countries.

This tour was a solid 8 hours of driving and walking around Kuala Lumpur. It has all the major attractions and then some.
I liked that there was a mix of walking and driving, some places you had more time to explore and some were a drive past.
The tour guide I had was Sasi who was knowledgeable and hilarious. He came prepared with historic photos to show us at some of the sites so we could see what the places looked like originally which was really nice. And bonus he gave some solid advice on other attractions I was planning on visiting which I appreciated.
Overall great day and great value for the price paid.

Our tour guide, Lionel Doss, was great! He made the journey educational, easy, and everything was timed perfectly to fit all of the activities in. We loved being able to visit so many famous landmarks in one day, although be warned, it gets tiring by the end! We stopped at Central Market & Petaling Street for shopping and lunch, given 1.5 hours which was perfect for both activities. There were so many great photo ops and the bus ride itself was pleasant. Highly recommend this tour!

This is an all day tour. Need to adhere to times allotted for each stop. Might want.to bring small snack as it's a long day and lunch will.be a little later. You will be given 1 bottle of water.

Tour includes a bus and tour guide. Meet up place near a Starbucks and mall bathroom. Very convenient. Itinerary included in app and offers a great way to see the highlights in one day. Each stop was interesting and enough time to self wander sight offered after site briefly explained. A few stops are led by a guide. I found the staff at the Batik store and the bus tour guide to be personable and quite fun! Highly recommend! Overlaps with our tour content. I had take a private car tour the day prior and all 4 sites the day prior were covered by this tour. However, this allowed me to explore the same site a different way the second time. For instance, at Batu Caves on my second visit, I saw the 20 minute immersive video and enjoyed shopping and the cafe.

We would like to clarify the circumstances for the benefit of future travelers.
Your original booking was for 8 August 2026. You subsequently requested to change the date to 5 September 2026, at which point the booking was already within the cancellation penalty period.
Although the change was not guaranteed under the booking terms, we made a one-time goodwill exception and agreed to move your booking to 5 September without any additional charge.
You then requested a new voucher and for the cancellation period to restart based on the new travel date. We explained that the amendment was recorded manually in our system and that the original voucher remained valid. A date change does not reset the original cancellation policy, and no further amendment or cancellation was permitted.
We understand that this was not the outcome you wanted, but we believe it is important to clarify that we did accommodate your requested date change despite the booking being within the penalty period.
We respect your right to leave a review, but we also hope future travelers will consider the full circumstances when reading it.

As a first time visitor, I strongly recommend this trip. May be you felt like roaming in and around same places for twice and even more but you probably cover the best spots with reasonable time.
Due to city’s proximity and other attractions distance from one to another it won’t take more than a quick nap time to transfer from one to next.
Melvin (guide) made pur day even better with his information about Malaysia and he gave us free hand on choosing some of the last things.
Overall, as a first time visitor to KL, this is highly recommended.

Pleasant day on tour bus, good time for all the family. We had Wilson as a guide and David as driver very knowledgeable lots of time for good photo time, lots of time for lunch and free time for a stroll through Chinatown. The stop at Batu caves is first thing in the morning which is great before it gets too busy or hot. Great experience and highly recommend if you want to maximize sights in a day. It is a long day but goes fast!

Such a great tour and way to combine lots of key sites into one full day. We loved it. It was hot as heck outside and climbing the 276 stairs at bantu caves was a challenge that left my legs sore for two days. Th driver and tour guide were great. He provided lots of information about Malaysian culture and the sites we saw. Such a great day. Dont miss it!

Apart from batu caves all other monuments were shown from roadside vies and the markets we could just gone to them using our own transport would have been much cheaper

The tour guide, Chandran, was truly exceptional. He displayed the highest level of professionalism; he is very knowledgeable, and most importantly, eager to answer any questions that we had. He also offered to take -and actually took- pictures of each one of us outside the Petronas tower. Importantly, the tour lasted 10 h, as advertised. We all had an outstanding experience. Lastly, Chandran is a great ambassador for his country.

This was such a good bang for my buck . Darwin was my tour guide and he was soooo attentive and knowledgeable. You can tell he really loves what he does and he’s very experienced . We saw so many places and it was such a good use of my time. It was definitely a long day but so worth it. Money well spent. Mr. selvam was a good driver also!

The tour was fine.
We got over 200 picture of great locations in Malaysia.
The tour guide i think his name was sasi did a good job explaining all of the places and did a lot of history while traveling between the excursions.

The tour was okay as a whole except the the guide takes you this chocolate place called Belice which isn’t Beryl. This was a scam. The tiramisu chocolates are overpriced and costs more than Beryl.
Viator doesn’t help refund as well. They say they would talk to the tour operator who actually made us buy the chocolates on the first place and they return back to you saying they can’t process the refund.
