This was not a tour. It was basically a guy driving me around to different spots and letting me out to explore on my own. Very little, if any, information given. It also lasted less than 3 hrs. The driver was courteous. His English was heavily accented and hard to understand at times.

Not a tour, more taxi ride from point of interest to next poi. Driver only answered basic when asked. 1st stop at chocolate „factory“ is only sales activity.

Not worth it .
Many other options available to explore the city rather than with Viator .
Viator is more expensive and they don’t offer pick up and drop facilities from the hotel which they mention before the booking and making the payments .

It was a wonderful experience. Our driver Ragav was pleasant and knowledgeable. He was a good driver. The car was clean and odorless. We got to see the sights and had enough time for everything. Everything couldn't have worked out more perfectly!

Fantastic short tour of Kuala Lumpur for those with limited time. The tour guide and driver were very nice, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing is that the windows were quite low down which means it’s difficult to see at times.

The guide and driver were excellent , however we couldn’t see buildingscetc unless we got out as low ceiling on van . Could do with glass ceiling . But on the plus side saw fab places in the time we had

Jalil was a very pleasant man and drove us to some key sights that would have been difficult to get to independently in the time we had. Unfortunately his English was fairly basic and he was unable to provide any meaningful history or cultural information

That the tour guide was only a driver. He did not know much about the background and history of sites. He just dropped us off at the sites, we took pictures of ourselves (the four of us), and moved from one site to another. We should just have hired a driver, an afterthought...

I ended up being on this tour by myself. The guide who barely stopped talking gave lots of information about the route, along with a pile of useless info that is of no interest, ie pointing out a post office building, a bank building. This tour is a glorified taxi service. You are dropped at locations and left to go off on your own. Whilst this is not a complaint against the driver, I found it very annoying that he had to take several photos of me at each place to prove to his company that he had taken me to these places. Does this company not trust their drivers. I would recommend you do the route on your own.

Very nice tour of the city to see the main attractions with a personable guide. Khairy was very knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. Since I was traveling alone, he took photos and gave ample time to explore the sights .

Very interesting city. Driver wasn't very informative and was rushing us to get from 1 place to another, even though there was plenty of time 3hr + tour he was trying cram all into 2 1/2 hours.

Comfortable vehicle and friendly guide however it wasn't the best tour I've been on to get my bearings of a city. I actually felt better oriented from the food tour I did later that night. It might be a symptom of the traffic in KL but I suspect there may be better organised tours available.
