What are people saying about Kuala Lumpur

A mini-road trip in KL, with the best guide, Ayyanar.
My wife and I did a 4-hour tour through Kula Lumpur. It was a private tour, with us, and our guide, Ayyanar. I have done multiple tours around the world, but honestly, this was the best tour I have been on. For me, it was the care, the professionalism, the genuine friendliness, and knowledge. Ayyanar, right from the beginning, was amazing. He reached out to see if we wanted to start earlier to avoid potential bad weather, he met us right at the front door of our hotel, and his vehicle was air-conditioned, comfortable, had waters for us, and even potential umbrellas if it rained. Ayyanar, went the extra distance through the entire tour. Telling us what to expect at each spot, what to look out for, and where we could meet him after we were done. He was always easy to find. Incredibly safe driver, which if you haven't been to Maylasia, you have to be! He taught us so much about the city, and spots and buildings along the way. Honestly, I was sad to see him go at the end of the tour. He dropped us right off at the door of our hotel. Safe and sound. I would highly recommend, if you want to do this tour, which was action packed, request Ayyanar specifically. The best guide and host I have ever had. We laughed, we shared things about our lives, and I really felt like we all connected. Ayyanar, is the man, the KL Guide King. Salute Ayyan'. Thanks for everything again. You made our day.

Very good tour
Bus very confortable.
Visit interesting, with a good timing.
Nice lunch.
Lionel, the guide, was very pleasant.
We had a lot of traffic to go back to KL but not an issue with the tour of course.
I recommand the guide and the tour to discover Malacca if you don't have a lot of time as me.

100% Worth It! Book it!
100% worth doing this tour. Kuala Lumpur is a very spread out city. This is a quick, easy, stress free way to see all the sights and to have great quality photos from a local with experience. Hafiz was a great tour guide who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He planned the itinerary around the weather approaching in the afternoon. He even had an umbrella for me when it started to rain.

A perfect day with Indran!
Indran was a phenomenal guide, and we learned so much on this tour! The batik & pewter factories were so interesting. It is awesome to have locally made souvenirs & gifts. The waterfalls were beautiful and provided much needed cooling. Finished with a delicious lunch near by - a perfect day!

Wonderful Cameron Highlands Tour with Mr. Khelvin
We had a wonderful experience on the Cameron Highlands Tour with Lunch from Kuala Lumpur, and Mr. Khelvin was an excellent guide. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire journey.
The drive to Cameron Highlands was very comfortable, and Mr. Khelvin shared many interesting facts about Malaysia, the region, and the tea plantations along the way. His explanations made the tour much more engaging and enjoyable.
The scenery in Cameron Highlands was beautiful, and visiting the tea plantations, local farms, and markets was a great experience. Lunch was also very nice and well organized.
Mr. Khelvin was very attentive and made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the tour. Thank you, Mr. Khelvin, for making this trip such a memorable experience. We highly recommend this tour and especially Mr. Khelvin as a guide!

Fireflies and Blue Tears tour, Kuala Selangor
We really loved this trip! Our tour guide. Darwin, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make this a great experience. The monkeys were a real highlight, it’s was great fun to interact with them, we got some awesome photos! We ate at a riverside restaurant, rustic atmosphere and the food was lovely with lots of it. The boat trip to end the day was magical, with the fireflies and blue tears showing up for us, so we felt lucky to see it. The coach is roomy and comfortable with aircon, and the journey felt quite short. Highly recommend!

Excellent
Oh my I really enjoyed the whole tour, greatly arranged, on time and I liked the tour guide 👌👌👌10/10 black Indian charisma and eloquent speaker. Brave bus driver, soft breaks and easily maneuvered in the most busiest city of Kuala Lumpur. I’ll love using this tour again and again.🙏🏾🙏🏾

It was a very good...
It was a very good experience. Our tour guide, Mr Arul, picked us up on time at our hotel. He was explaining very well many details about the attractions we visited. He had very good knowledge about it and gave us the information we needed when we were asking about more details. We visited the Batu Caves, they’re really beautiful and we had the privilege to see and take pictures of the big statue restored. We were able to climb the stairs and visit the great caves. Our visit to East Coast Batik was amazing. We could see how the artists make the beautiful arts in silky fabric and the wonderful final results. We went to visit the National Mosque (Masjid Negara), but we weren’t able to enter because was the prayer hour, we just took pictures from outside. Mr Arul gave us good details about this important attraction. We also went to visit the beautiful Chinese Thean Hou Temple and could even see a bride and a groom! Mr Arul explained that the couples like to go there to celebrate their weddings, that was really nice! We went to visit Little India and other important historical buildings from the time of the British colonization. The last point we visited was The River of Life, where the Kuala Lumpur city received its name. Mr Arul explained more details about this attraction and recommended that we should visit this place at night. It was a beautiful view. Our tour included Chinatown, but we didn’t need to go there, because we already visited this place. We recommend this tour and the tour guide, Mr Arul. He is very friendly and respectful and gives great information about other tours and visits that you can do in this beautiful city and country. We really enjoyed our time in KL and would love to come back to visit it again.

This was an AMAZING...
This was an AMAZING experience! We firstly had a walk in the jungle, where our tour guides showed us the native plants and trees and we even saw some monkeys! The view at the end was very rewarding. Then, we went to a native village we're we learned how to blow through a bamboo stick. The included dinner was by the river side which is a big plus and the restaurant owner was very kind to make me a vegetarian dish. The final boat ride was soon much fun and we goat soaking wet!! Overall, I definitely recommend this experience.

Not seeing something you are looking for?
If you prefer to base in one city rather than switching hotels every day or two, day trips from Kuala Lumpur bring great swathes of Malaysia within reach. From the UNESCO World Heritage-listed city of Melaka to the Cameron Highlands tea plantations and the modern planned city of Putrajaya, there’s culture aplenty. Or take the time to discover nature, whether hiking tropical forests, getting up close and personal with orangutans, or gliding through mangroves thronged with fireflies.
